I had my insurance done with King Price when I was single and living alone
I had my insurance done with King Price when I was single and living alone. I did a Hippo quote to check new rates (since I am married and living with my partner). King price picked this up and asked how they could help me, after I explained they reasses my profile and dropped my premium by almost R600! The only thing better than the price drop was the help from Dawid! He definitely is one of the employees setting King price apart from the rest of the insurers. Well done King!

Pathetic service for a paid up letter
Pathetic service. I have been chased up 3 times a day for the longest time around a balance that I settled. Now when I'm trying to get a paid up letter I can't even get the phone answered. When they do answer they keep dropping the damn call!! Honestly pathetic service! I am still trying to get someone to help me with a paid up letter. 3 weeks has passed.

Great hotel with even better service
This was definitely a great experience. From the friendly concierge to the vibey waiters at the rooftop bar, it was an absolute pleasure staying at the hotel. Although the room was a bit small they had all the amneties for a pleasurable stay. Well done to the staff at the sky hotel for bringing great service to an amazing hotel.

I should never have entered
My partner and I decided to try DROS canal walk after always walking right by. To no surprise we waited at the entrance for 10-15 minutes with the waiters walking by looking at us. Not saying a word... We were eventually seated with no menus given. 15 minutes passed and we were given 1 menu to share amongst 3 people. Each of us taking turns deciding off a dirty menu (in this time the tables weren't cleaned at all) When the waiter arrived we ordered and waited what seemed to be 30-40 minutes with no food or drinks in site. Until I eventually asked what exactly is happening. When the food arrived it was as cold as ice.. As if they took it out of the fridge for me. After sending the meal back, the "cheese sauce" tasted like flour water". The best part was definitely paying and leaving this horrid place.
