<p>The onyl thing that went well was booking in my printer.</p> <p>I received a quote , and approved.</p> <p>Everytime i phone them no one asnwers , i send Emails , no one replies.</p> <p>2 weeks later they said it will be fixed the next day. When i finaly got a hold of them , i basically begged them to send me an invoice so that i can pay them and collect the printer. i still haven't receive an invoice , and the printer is still not fixed. This company should just close their doors and remove them selves from the search pages.</p>

My Bluetooth Is Now Missing Completely, Can’t Connect To Skype Etc!!! I’m Furious And Angry. I Have Told Them I Don’t Want The Computer Back. I hope that anyone before they let these people service any of their products would read this first.<br> I sent in a Graphics card to Dualzone about 2 months ago i gave them a clear statement of the problem with the card and asked if they would be able to repair, i was assured that it would not be a problem.<br> After waiting about 3 weeks i phoned them to ask if they had any feedback on the device as i have not received anything from them, after about 4 days i was sent a quotation of work that has already been done, they told me that they tested the card after some of the repairs and it was working 100%<br> It took them about another 4 days to deliver after i made the payment<br> After i received the card i plugged it into my system and it did exactly the same as it did before it was send in, I looked for any sign of work done on the card but could not find any (they just basically cleaned the card) <br> I phoned the Owner Eugene and was told that he would refund me no problem like he knew they basically did not do any repairs on the card<br> It has now been 3 weeks after being told i would receive the refund, after various email i have not heard anything back from them<br> The Next step will be legal actio
