I have a major concern. I purchased the Eco flow river pro to run my TV During loadshedding. The battery only has to supply around 170Watts of power during loadshedding. 1x TV drawing about 105Watts , 1x surround sound , 1x light is connected to the battery. All these only pull roughly 170 watts. The device is supposed to supply 720Wh. This means it should be able to supply power for 4.2 hours. But the battery is not even able to supply this for 3 hours? I sent them proof on photos of the power usage and hours left Loadshedding started 16:00. We only got home around 17:00 yesterday , so for a whole hour the battery wasn’t even being used. 17:37 it shows 3 hours and 13 minutes left which means I should have power until 20:50. (This is with everything on which is connected to the battery. 18:36 it shows 1Hour and 34 Minutes left 19:50 it shows 6 minutes left – and I had to switch off my TV. What happened to power until 20:50? You are welcome to pull a log, I did not use more than lets say 175Watts at a time yesterday. I was planning on buying the Delta range for my computers, but not if this is happening. This product isn’t doing what I believe it should, or maybe I received a faulty unit. I would like Ecoflow to replace this unit with a proper working one. Otherwise I will have no other choice than to complain about this product on social media.
Seems like every time i fuel up at Engen the transaction shows as Pending on my bank account for weeks. I don't like this as it makes it more difficult to budget my following purchases. I phoned my Bank (FNB) and they told me the problem is not with them. It depends on the business i did my purchase.
I have a complaint. I am writing it here since i am unable to submit a complaint on FNB's website itself. "Tell us about yourself" section. In regard my complaint, the constant pending transactions that needs to be deducted. Why do i always have pending transactions in my bank account? I want FNB just to deduct the amount that was spent on that specific account. i don't like this feature, and i feel it needs to be removed. i mean today is the fourth day it shows the same pending transactions. This is ridiculous to me. Please deduct my future transaction immediately going forward. I don't care what the reason is for this feature.
Terrible experience at Hi-Q for the Second time now in a row. This is a long complaint , but this is what happened to me. I brought in my Car because my Tyre had a slow puncture. So obviously I brought it to Hi-Q because I have tyre insurance. They came back to me saying that the tyre has too much damage and needs to be replaced. I said , well i registered for the tyre insurance so please sort it out with them. I sat there for some time just for the guy to come back to me to say that the "Insurance claim system is down" This was between 10Am - 11AM this morning. I then said I will go back to the office until they sort this out. So the guy phoned me back saying i didn't register for the tyre insurance. How convenient now that this happened to almost a brand new tyre. about 3 months old. i am 99% sure i did register for the insurance , or maybe i couldn't because also the system was down. And now they even asked me for my invoice? Well, my invoice is at home, not like i can jump into my car quickly and go get it. But the guy can see on the system when i bought the tyre. So i told them just fix the hole and put back the tyre , and they said they can't because they already sent it to the warehouse. I MEAN FREAKING WOW MAN!!! They can't sort out insurance because systems are down, but they can send my tyre back to the warehouse that quick? They also already fitted a NEW TYRE , WITHOUT EVEN SENDING ME A QUOTE FIRST! So at the end they had to take my spare tyre and fit that. And the first time i went there. Long story short, on the first time i did an insurance claim. I could only claim R100, and it took more than 1 day to sort out the claim. I ended up just paying for a new tyre. I would advise people to just stay away from this business. There is competition out there with much better service.
Well done Telkom. Your staff is not trained properly and therefore you just lost a customer. This is my first time in many years with Telkom where i am not allowed to downgrade my package. The call centre agent says because i am on a 24 month contract there is a downgrade penalty. WRONG! Telkom decided to upgraded my account. And i always had the option to downgrade without penalties or any hassles.
Carwash only open Friday, Saterday and Sunday. And only 2/3 people working. You wait ages just for a wash and dry.
Uber is stealing money. 18 September i was charged twice. R182.30 and then again R167.22. Investigation needs to be done ASAP. I only make use of the Uber eats App. This might be where they got my credit card info.
Buying only one item at this store can't be done painlessly it seems. I was looking for a tap. Then finding someone to assist me to get one takes too long. Then the person with the key has to unlock the storage first, which also takes long. Then you get to the till and the price is suddenly more expensive, also takes too long to fix. If you are looking for a painless experience, don't go to builders Centurion.
I am always being assisted so nicely at Chamberlains Centurion, that is why i was surprised that today when i was assisted at the plumbing area by Johan, i did not experience the standard Chamberlains has set for their customers on hospitality. Johan was short-tempered and moody, i was so irritated that i forgot to purchase the second item on my list.
