Can anyone give me details as to how to report Telkom and their consultants for misleading /incorrect info. Besides the 10210@telkom.co.za i have been told that I have to pay for a full month of December 22 on my Telkom bill for my cancelled line and ADSL which I gave notice for from the 14/11/22 for the 14/12/22 and I was reassured by the walk-in centre consultants as well as a face book and email Telkom consultants that i would be credit for the period not used in the December month as long as I give a full months’ notice. I cancelled my account due to been double debit from my bank account September/October for a mobile phone and then they have the cheek to charge a R200 penalty on top of my bill for my bank cancelling my debit order because It was noted as fraud. Which I sure you would all do if it happens to you. On enquiry/dispute of my December bill it was told to me the bill was issued before the cancelation date and i would be credit on the final bill which arrived in January 23 I was cut off promptly on the day for the requested cancelation but on receiving my final bill and disputing it I am now told by the Telkom consultant that i must pay for the full month of December, yet i have it in writing from there consultants that credit adjustments will be made to the final January bill for December 2022. I mean this is absolute downright daylight robbery and fraud as far as I’m concerned. Who else can we turn to too sort this problem out, the people we are supposed to trust are letting us down without a blink of an eye!. getting no joy from their email consultants have sent them everything they keep on telling me to wait for the final bill *** people i have received my final bill and am trying to sort it out!!!

Worst place to go for something to eat! Service is slow, food is cold waiters neglect you and than still expect to be tipped and give you lip if you don’t! You ask to have your food in a takeaway Floor MANGER brings you a container; which she’s holding against her hair and expects you to put your food in!!! Need to jack your staff up they are bringing shame and disgrace to your branch as Well as the rest of the Wimpy! Reporting this too head office as well!
Craig and Stella Burton are a husband and wife team and do a wonderful job. Craig has just completed reinstalling a Glass Corner Shower for me as well as a Galvanised Geyer overflow tray including a waste pipe leading into kitchen my drain of my apartment! Nothing has ever been too much to ask this young man to do. He is an absolute gem and a professional! Neat tidy and on time. Good Day I have an uptodate payment clothing account at this store and my instalments are paid monthly on time via my internet schedual banking. I didn't receive a statement from them for the end of Juner which i had requested one from their Durban and JHB office in the meantime i registered online at the Jet Thankyou mobile and have seen that my installment is only R23.61 as i have also paid in extra even if its more than what i'm suppose to pay. I then received three months statement from they saying my installment is now R454.61 to be paid 01/08/20 after sending a photo to account department which she mailed me back to confirm my instalment for the month of July is only R23.61 confirmed via email by Edgars Services Team 112 i have now received an sms from them yester and a threatening sms from them today saying if i don't pay R455.00 by the 01/08/20 of August they will be handing me over to the credit Bureau *** is going on is someone pinching my money here!!! Good day this company was suppose to deliver a parcel to me, i paid in R1550 in and absa bank account after that they wanted R9998.00 since i told them that i am unable to pay theat and they must refund my money back to me they have taken there website down and seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth! Good day<br> I had a cell C contract which i settled in full and handed a letter in to cancel my contract but they keep on harassing me for money, They have handed me over to Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated Attorneys I have sent them all my documentation, which includes the letter i handed in as well as the payment s i made to cell c reflected on my bank statement, but they just keep on sending me demand letters, i have tried to phone them but am put on hold for ages! I know i have paid them up to date but they said they did not receive my cancellation letter can you please advice me what to do as this is incredible frustrating and will never ever deal with cell c again. As the Sim cards belong to my kids and phones and cards were long gone and stolen! My last payment to them was split in three and done 2nd August 2010 as i was unemployed and they agreed to let me settle my account in three and i have not herd another word from them since 24/03/14 as they handed me over to the lawyers mentioned!!!
