Poor customer service

Just went to buy lunch at the Dulce Cafe-Rustenburg (Peglerae) The lady at the till lacks good customer service. I ordered chips and russian,sat down and waited for my order, few minutes later this lady comes and slaps the food Infront of me and walks away,no word nothing. I was so annoyed

See I've been here a couple of times as I work at Lancet,so this cafe is closer and convenient, but I must say that after today..I'd rather order my lunch somewhere else and have it delivered via MrD. A few of my colleagues have complained of the poor service given at that place. It sucks
