KFC Tlhabane square always dissapoints me. I bought the crunch box with strips for the second time, this time around they didn't add any sauce. This is the closest to me when I am at work, and to think that they always do this to me💔
Today at 15:28 I placed an order at your Rustenburg outlet (the one inside Shoprite,on corner Thabo Mbeki drive). I only got my order at about 16:10. I ordered Big boss cheese meal and 6 sticky wings. It's only when I get home that I realise that I was not given my chips and 300ml that comes with the burger. What really annoyed me was the attitude and service I got from the guys who was packing and calling out order numbers ( he did not have a name tag on), the store was packed and couldn't move to the front when he called out my order number, I asked when of the guys also behind the counter to please hand me my order, he agreed and was told by the 'order' guy that I should me over to the other side,and with a nasty attitude he asked me why I asked the other guy for my order cos now 'ke mo senyetsa di order', just kept quite and took my order as he handed it over to me. Now my order in incomplete 😡 I am livid and expect feedback regarding this.
Good day. Please have a look at Grace's attitude towards your customers. I work close boxer store based in Tlhabane square in Rustenburg. So this is a store that I frequent on almost a daily basis. Today I got to experience bad attitude from this lady,who looks like a supervisor or something. I picked what I wanted,headed to the kiosk to pay and play the lotto..Masego (cashier) assisted in a friendly manner, I then called my colleague that I was with to come and also pay at the kiosk as there was no que there..Grace then rudely told us to go back to the que. I don't mind being told to go que somewhere else,I do however being spoken to like a child in front of other staff members and customers. Even Masego was shouted at infront of us the customers
Good day. I have written two complaints regarding your 'Yarona Rustenburg' bus service and I haven't gotten any response yet. The first one was via email (trapoo@rustenburg.gov.za) and the other was via Facebook. How do I escalate this matter to? We are receiving poor service in Rustenburg,and have no means of communicating with the Yarona office or whoever is in charge of client liaison.
Pedros Chicken in Tlhabane,Foro Spar complex, Rustenburg. Please ask the lady (Rebaone) working at the till today 30.09.24 around 18h:00,to check her attitude. She was plain rude and acted as if she's doing me a favour when I was placing and paying for my order.
Just went to buy lunch at the Dulce Cafe-Rustenburg (Peglerae) The lady at the till lacks good customer service. I ordered chips and russian,sat down and waited for my order, few minutes later this lady comes and slaps the food Infront of me and walks away,no word nothing. I was so annoyed See I've been here a couple of times as I work at Lancet,so this cafe is closer and convenient, but I must say that after today..I'd rather order my lunch somewhere else and have it delivered via MrD. A few of my colleagues have complained of the poor service given at that place. It sucks
Good day. I've recently joined this gym company,the one in Tlhabane square -Rustenburg,North West Province. So I haven't bought a tag and been using my ID# to get into the gym. Now here is my problem,or dissatisfaction rather, the front desk/Reception ladies at this particular branch are so unprofessional one can't overlook it. The lack of customer service skills is appalling. Today,just as the many times before,I get to the gym..wait for my turn to be allowed entry,get to the front desk,no greeting,so I greet the lady and she was just cold,okare ra ba tena this people 😡 I call out my ID# and then she goes mum,I had to ask her 'e shap?' meaning is my # ok so that I can go in..I was so annoyed,there has never been a day since I joined this gym that I was welcomed and spoken to in a professional manner. We all work and get tired,but that does not mean we should present sour looking faces and unprofessionalism to paying clients. Please have a word with all the ladies who work on that department,teach and show them the importance of having good customer skills. I wasn't going to write this review,but today was just the last straw. Big up to the guys, always willing to assist and show one how the machines work. The ladies will be your business's downfall.

Good evening. So today the unfortunate happened where I accidentally broke my phone, and decided to buy a new phone instead of fixing the broken one. Northgate shopping centre is the closest from my workplace,rushed to MTN ( shop number 1 entrance 2) to see if I'd qualify to get a new phone. This was just after 4pm. I was assisted by a kind gentleman Kulani Baloyi, his service was so good, him and the guy in the Oppo golf shirt (forgot to ask for his name),as well as Mohau. These gentlemen have good customer service. Now the downfall of my experience being in that store,was how the ladies and some guy who opened the door for as I was leaving, behaved like a bunch of school kids, unprofessional and with complete lack of good customer skills. This bunch of employees kept reminding Kulani to finish up as it was beyond their knock off time, we had to rush through the whole process,and as a result not much was explained to me..I don't blame Kulani, because at one point I even asked him to calm down and slow down and not listen to his colleagues and their unprofessional remarks. The gent who opened the door for me said he's got kids to go to, so Kulani should therefore hurry, the lady sitting opposite Kulani's desk in a yellow MTN shirt asked him if he saw what time it was. I was desperate for a phone,and at some point felt like just standing up and go to another store or something. I felt undermined and belittled by their awkward behaviour. Couldn't they wait until I was gone to say all of that nonsense??..All I could do was fake a smile and pretend to be ok. I need feedback on how this matter will be handled. I need those ladies and gent, to learn the importance of good customer skills, respect for their jobs,and how to keep their nasty remarks and moans to themselves. Going forward,if this is how staff members treat a client who's bringing in business, regardless of how small it is, there should be a rule that there will be no sale of cellphones after 4pm. Also I've just seen a R1555 scheduled for deduction from my bank account from you .I took a R299 pm phone, and I know the first debit order will be a bit higher due to connectivity fees, but R1555?? Unless if there's something Kulani failed to explain to me, with all the pressure he got from his colleagues. Thank you.
Standard bank service is deteriorating every month before my VAF can be debited I have to call in ask them 2 or three days after the agreed debit order date, last month they failed to debit again and when I called in I was told that the system is malfunctioning and was requested to do a manual payment which I did, 02 days later my account was debited for the same amount that I paid in manually my year end plans ruined.This month fortunately the account was debited without any hustle on the agreed date, but to my surprise my VAF installment was paid back into my account.I am really tired of having to call standard bank every month just to ask people to do their job, NB There is always sufficient funds in my account for all my debit orders
