Stranded by Parking Solutions, but rescued by Parking Serices
On Saturday morning I was stranded by Durban Parking Solutions who were supposed to collect my car at 07h00 from King Shaka Airport, and no response from Shaun until 13h07, long after I had already landed at Lanseria. Fortunately I noticed Samuel from Durban Parking Solutions helping another client and asked if he would "rescue" me. This was at 07h15 and my flight was boarding at 07h30. No problem, within 5 minutes Samuel had me sorted and on my arrival back the next day at 19h10, he was waiting for me with a clean car. I will NOT be using Durban Parking Solutions ever again, but certainly Durban Parking Services from now on !

Car was given back to me with the wrong mats and no plan was made to correct it.
At first everything went great. Drop off and pick up of my car were both timely, car was beautifully clean. But, on the way home (in the dark) I noticed my heel was getting stuck behind the mat. The following day when it was light I discovered there were incorrect mats in my car. I phoned Samuel and he was so nice, saying he would make a plan. He managed to string me along for quite a while, until he stopped getting back to me at all.

Park and ride home in a clean vehicle at King Shaka
If you need your car parked at King Shaka at a better rate than ACSA. This company is your go to! I received amazing service from Sam. They respond to whatsapp at any hour. Their pick up and delivery of your car is prompt and punctual. Parking off site includes a full valet!
