Approximately 1 year ago, I bought a stake in a property via EasyProperties, a subsidiarity of Easy Equities. The rule is that you can only sell during the auction period as stipulated on their auction calendar. Two weeks before their mid-year auction period, I communicated my intention to sell and close my portfolio via several emails and they never bothered to reply. Once the window period was closed, they only started replying to my emails with a generic message. The message read as follows... I understand your urgency regarding the disinvestment. However, please note that you can only sell your property shares during an auction. I recommend checking the auction schedule here https://properties.easyequities.co.za/calendar . Is there something else I can help you with? Clearly, they didn't want me to disinvest during the auction/window period because they deliberately ignored my enquires regarding "disinvest". How is it possible that I could be ghosted and only be rep**** to after the opportunity to disinvest has gone by? After failing to get a proper response from EasyProperties, I escalated the matter to Easy Equities, same results, No response. I logged tickets with them via their internet platform but they even failed to acknowledge my ticket by email. This EasyProperties is a ***** business entity with ********* business practices. Money in and nothing out. I don't have the luxury to wait for the next window period, I WANT MY MONEY NOW

Do not invest in Easy Properties
I invested in Blackbrick Gardens property over two years ago , Up until now i have not even had the opportunity to sell the shares tied up in that property and i have run into extreme financial difficulty , after numeroues emails back and forth with Easy properties team they kept telling me the property is not on Auction because it has not gone through a full quarter of transfer of ownership , then this month the property said that it would go on auction on 16 October and it kept counting down the days until the day before it was supposed to go on Auction it was changed to Auction closed , i was even prepared to sell my shares at a loss as i need the funds . This is absolutely shocking and false advertising , i would not recomment Investing in this platform at all !

Poor service
Went to view an apartment at Orlando towers and the person assisting respond to WhatsApp in two days, gives incomplete information. And unhelpful, no responses, avoid them at all cost.

worst investment ever
This is the biggest ****! I invested some monies a few years ago, walking way with the same amount due to brokerage charges. Never ever again

Bad service
I submitted a request to cancel my investment on the 6th January and I received a response that the matter will be attended to within 36 hours.Today is the 11th and there's still no feedback from Easy Properties.I am just wondering if this easy Properties is legit or if it's one way for capitec bank to ***** people's money.

So Along with many other Suckers I invested in Easy Properties in the One on Anne development on the 21st September 2022 to date I have not received a single cent in dividends, I have sent multiple emails requesting an update or some form of feedback only to be told the property is still under construction but zero communication of this was ever sent out by Easy Properties, according to the Dashboard it states the last valuation was on the 21st September 2022 yet there is zero feedback or update from Easy Properties So they have your money that you cannot get back for a ****ty investment that is more than 2 years over due they give zero updates this Sounds like a ****
