I would like to share that Easy store in Ferndale , Randburg have opened my padlocks with their spare keys and stole my laptop, microwave and other goods , please do not use this company for storing your goods these people are ******* and i have currently opened a case against them

Easy Store Storage
I stored household items at Easy Store, Randburg. The container was provided, I locked my container and held the keys for the duration of my storage. The staff are quite amazing, from the office staff to the staff in the storage facilities. Delivery of my container was done by Easy Store's efficient, friendly staff who assisted in placing my items where required. For peace of mind should you need storage I would highly recommend Easy Store storage.

Easy Store Storage
I stored household items at Easy Store, Randburg. The container was provided, I locked my container and held the keys for the duration of my storage. The staff are quite amazing, from the office staff to the staff in the storage facilities. Delivery of my container was done by Easy Store's efficient, friendly staff who assisted in placing my items where required. For peace of mind should you need storage I would highly recommend Easy Store storage.

Disgusting human beings!
EASY STORE !!!storage units in Ferndale- Their storage is a rip off, their staff are rude possibly because they are treated badly and not paid. Owner Robert is money hungry and will open your container and pillage and sell your belongings if you are late with payments ..... look elsewhere!!!!!!! Disgusting human beings!

An awful attitude and service
I requested a quote for removal of my furniture from Newtown. A gentleman by name of Leslie asked that I submit an inventory form and gave me a quote. I submitted a detailed inventory and received a quotation of R3500 for two containers. I paid the amount. The removal crew arrived and started loading my furniture, to my suprise, the containers were too small for my furniture. One of the removal crew called Leslie to inform him about the problem. Leslie called and I explained what was going on. He bluntly told me that I should ask one of my friends to keep the remaining furniture for me or a can hire another compartment for and extra R170. To make matters worse, some of my clothes where taken out of boxes and stored as they are. The items that were left behind do appear on the inventory list I submitted. Leslie you are one rude person, you need to listen to your customers before you start talking and you should learn to treat people not according to race. Just admit your estimate was wrong and do the right thing..I'm very disappointed...
