Perhaps it's time you and your cronies visit the above Spar. Apart from the poor service, there is no Covid-19 protocols in place, like insisting that people entering sanitize, no social distancing of customers. Staff running around, bumping into customers to hug each other without masks, shouting and spit flying all over. Please stop the spread in Gauteng by ensuring that these instances are resolved. I surely will not buy from them anymore.

Friends please avoid this place. The food is good, but the management and staff are crooks, they claim we had more than we ordered. Would not recommend this place at all, some other reviews, Elsa Blom – 3 starFood Not bad but we ordered take aways and to home. Charged us for spring rolls but did not pack them. When I phoned they promised to check and phone back which never happened. Was disappointed in that kind of customer service. Pierino Vatta – 1 starGone backwards. Won't see my business again. <p>We had dinner at the Primi in Sunninghill last night. It was my friend Rene's birthday, I mentioned it to the Manageress Ashley Kolus when I booked the table. On arrival we were treated like royalty without the staff neglegting the rest of the customers. The food was great and so was the atmosfere. <p>I have been having trouble with my phone, which I bought from Cell C about a year ago. Software etc has been reloaded on many ocasions. I took the phone in yesterday and Mduduzi assisted me. He told me was going to upgrade the software, but he was not sure if that would solve the problem. Should that not be the case, I must go back to him. I went back this morning and told him that the problems with the phone still existed. He checked a few things on the phone and told me that he is going to exchange the phone for a new one. <p>In October I was involved in a car accident, my insurance arranged for a hired car from the above company. . I collected the car on the 25th October 2016. I had cash on me, so Ipaid the deposit of R 1,250.00 instead of using my debit card. On the 23rd November 2016 I was contacted by Europecar to say I need to return the car by 13h00 that day, as they have been notified by the panelbeaters that my car was ready. On contacting Renewit, I was told that my car was not ready. I then notified my insurance company and they in turn notified the car hire company. I eventualy got my car back on the 25th November. I was told that the deposit would be paid back within 7 working days. While all this happened another customer returned a car. Because he was Scottish, they told him that he has to pay for repairs on the car as it was damaged. He pointed out that it was mud from all the rain etc. They insisted that it wasn't!!! He eventually asked them for a cloth and a bucket of water, and proved that it was dirt. He was treated worse than the dirt on the car.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Monday the 10th December I queried why my deposit was not paid back, I was then told that I had to pay for 2 days car hire. My insurance company informed them that that is not the case. I was then told that they do not have my banking details. I went to Europecar Fourways and they told me that they do have the correct banking details, as given to them when I collected the car on the 25th November 2016. I am stll waiting for my deposit to be returned!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Would I ever use them again. NO NO NO</p>
Last year March I bought the above item from Game on recommendation from a friend. One of my best purchases ever, until about 2 weeks ago, when I set the timer on 30 minutes to prepare a meal. After about 2 minutes the timer switches off. I took the pot to Hirch's in Fourways to get it repaired. I was told by the Customer Service Centre that it was a common fault and they get regular warranty claims on this model. I was told it would cost R 850.00 to repair, considering the new price is R 999.00. I have sent AEG 2 emails to get clarity on the cost to repair and to date have not heard from them at all. So all consider these facts when you are in the market for new appliances. I certainly will not buy a AEG Product ever again.
I purchased a phone from Game which I chose from the Vodacom Display. I told the sales person that I'm on a Cell C pay as you go. I was told that it was ok to use use the Cell C sim. 5 days later I took the phone back as it would not charge. I was then told that I do not have a warranty on the phone because I'm using a Cell C sim on a Vodacom phone. The Store Manager told me that their is nothing he can do. I reported the matter to Head Office via there website. Rina Taute made contact with me and advised me that I must return the phone and I will be refunded. I can recommend shopping at Game as they do look after there customers.
On the 3rd May 2014 I bought a Lenova G500 from the Cresta Store. A few weeks ago I noticed that the right hand hinge on the screen was broken. The computer is stored in a Dell computer bag when it is in transit. I took the PC to the Cresta Sore and after the technician fiddled on it with a screwdriver I was told that they cannot fix it and would have to go back to the supplier for repairs. As my data was not backed up, I took it to the Fourways Store a week later and handed it in. They contacted me 2 weeks later to advise me that I BROKE THE PC AND WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR!!! The PC is insured on a all risk policy and if I had broken it I would have claimed under that. I am highly offended by there attitude in this matter and do trust that this report will prevent a lot of people from buying from them in future.<br> <br> John
