Can I trust what you deliver?

A friend introduced me to #EatOutTheBox a few weeks ago. I liked their pizza and a few days later,ordered their burgers for me and a friend. There was hair in the container. I wrote to them about these to which the manager apologised profusely and promised to give me a discount for my trouble with the next order. The next day I placed another order. Not only did the promised discount not apply, the order was wrong. I again contacted them and the manager again gave a long story and promised a 20% discount the next time. I have once again ordered and dololo discount. She just kept saying that so I could continue ordering from them. <br> It really is now scary to eat their food...especially with no lights. I am concerned that they really may be just uncaring and unhygienic and perhaps everybody should be aware of this.<br> I donot want a discount or anything else from them anymore.<br> I am very disappointed.
