Service dissatisfaction

I registered myself with Edge Fitness Sunnyside in November-December 2025, paid all the amounts I was instructed to pay. I got to Edge Fitness Clubs - Gonubie in December 2025 and my membership in Edge Fitness Clubs Sunnyside had been canceled without any explanation. I re-joined at Gonubie. Today, 5 January 2026 I'm told that I can't go in and exercise at Sunnyside, because my membership has been cancelled.
