Service dissatisfaction
I registered myself with Edge Fitness Sunnyside in November-December 2025, paid all the amounts I was instructed to pay. I got to Edge Fitness Clubs - Gonubie in December 2025 and my membership in Edge Fitness Clubs Sunnyside had been canceled without any explanation. I re-joined at Gonubie. Today, 5 January 2026 I'm told that I can't go in and exercise at Sunnyside, because my membership has been cancelled.

Telkom - Bad service
I have been trying to call them, they gave me data that didn't last for ten days. Upon asking for a detailed report on how the data was used, my number has been blocked. Instead of the report I received a satisfaction survey.

Committed to excellent service? NO
I've been holding for them since 13:00. Agencies taking turns to transfer you to nowhere. Some even laugh. They're really committed to excellent service, by employing lazy employees.

They took R1 493.00 from my payslip and I have not received proof that I authorized them to take my money. Wouldn't advise anyone to join this scam disguised as an insurance company.

Disappointed
They took R1 493.00 from my payslip, for a policy that I apparently joined and canceled. I submitted the documents that they requested and no one has called me as promised in the sms they sent to me. Still waiting for proof of my authorization for this transaction from them to no avail. This is inconveniencing.

Excellent service until your parcel reaches SA. They should just disable that sms service because no point in telling someone you'll deliver and you don't!!

AWFUL SERVICE
Submitted my surrender documents on Monday the 16th. To date, no correspondence from them. The last person who picked my call let me hold for 15 minutes.
