Terrible company

The worst customer service I have received at any gym.

I signed up for a 9 month contract that was activated on 4 March. That means it expired in November. Now in December they go and debit me double the monthly fee.

They do not reply to emails. Their AI whatsapp assistant is useless and the "contact us" part of their website is broken.
