I have just been to Eikendal Pharmacy and I got the most professional service one would expect from a health care organisation. Well done Eikendal Pharmacy, you come highly recommended. The social distances was well kept and very orderly. Thumbs up to Melissa for your customer relations. Once again WELL DONE

What a lovely venue turned horror nightmare. Making a reservation does not assist South Africans any longer and so more for local residents being mistreated for visitors and did management not try to honor our reservation as they firstly lie anout the serving of patrons, then allow and keep serving patrons on a walk in basis from the restaurant onto the wine making and pairing side and then attempted to squeez in 9 people at smaller tables with a reservation just to not upset those walk in patrons. Not even an offer of how to compensate the inconvenience or squeezing into the restaurant seemed sincere. We would neber recommend any local residents and visitors with proper planning to visit this site.

It took 2 days of trying to get hold of someone at Giovannis Restaurant at Eikendal Winery. EVENTUALLY got through via the operator. Had a waiter answer the phone and he asks, "What do you want?" Wow! So I then spoke to a manager and he said that their phones are working fine and that I couldn't get through because there must be something wrong with MY phone. Really?! So then why could I leave messages that no one responded to, or get through via operator?? Such a bad first experience that I changed my mind in going to eat there.

I would not recommend going the Eikendal. It is a 2h30min wait for pizza in an overcrowded restaurant. You would think that this would prompt some sort of apology, but nothing gets said, leaving me to believe that this is normal service. I recommend going down the road to one of many great places that appreciate your patronage. The best part is you can not contact them, they believe you should drop in and experience their service. I would not advise this move.
