Good day, I had a demonstration at my house with the assurance that there are no obligation to buy anything. The demonstration went off well and the salesman were very well prepared.After the demonstration we started chatting and he asked all kinds of questions about our health and our way of living, filling in form in the meantime. After our chit chat he explained how the payment works, with first paying a deposit and then the balance when the bed are delivered and assembled. Little did we know that we have 7 days to cancel.We paid a partial deposit of R10000 and weer given until the end of the month to pay the rest. I was laid off from work and were in a court battle with my employer. We then decided to cancel after about three weeks and were told that we cannot and that our R10000 deposit were going to be put on hold until we can pay the rest of the outstanding balance which amounted to R 66500. I don't mind them deducting a small fee for admin but to withhold my full deposit is ridiculous. I am appealing to the public to not get involved with these co artists because once you sign on the dotted line there is no turning back and you will be out of pocket because they are so in a hurry for you to sign, not telling you to first read the fineprint. I would not recommend anyone nor refer anyone to deal with these people as they are out to con you out of your hard earned money.
I bought a sink mixer in March 2020 and recently it started leaking. I phoned their Capegate branch where I bought the item and was transferred to Daniel. He asked me whether I still have the proof of purchase and I said yes and took the mixer with the proof of purchase and they replaced my item with no questions asked. I am really greatfull for their after sales service and was treated with great respect. I want to thank Daniel for being such a great asset to his organization and would recommend Build It Capegate anytime.
These people cannot do their work properly then they have the audacity to send you wrong reports
Good day, I made an APPLICATION for a fund transfer on 18/05/2020,today it's one week later and I have had no response with regard to my request. We are in a stressful situation with this pandemic and I'm sure that this process can be sorted out in a more speedily time frame. My wife bought a steam iron at Checkers,Capegate last year November. The unit had a two year warranty on it and we needed to take it back. Low and behold the till slip was no where to be found. I told her to take a chance and hear if they would assist us as we did not have the proof of purchase. The assistant looked at the item as it was still fairly new. My wife explained our predicament and all the manager asked was..." do you want a refund or a replacement item" I stood there not knowing what to say as this was a first for me. I would recommend everyone to shop there where you get such excellent customer service. With all the fraud and corruption going around these day's,I salute Checkers for their excellent ethics when dealing with it's clients. Well done.
I would like to thank SPAR Brackenfell for donating food parcels to our church,RCC Brackenfell for distribution amongst the needy during these trying times under lockdown.
The principal at Petunia Primary school initiated that food parcels are made up and delivered to the children in His school who are living below the bread line....We salute you Mr. Yon
I went to a garage to top up my car's battery water,they did not have stock.On my way home I stopped at Caltex,Old Paarlweg Road in Brackenfell. They did not have any in the courtyard but the petrol attendant fetched a 5 litre from the shop,he bought a plastic 300ml cooldrink so that he could use the plastic bottle to top up my battery. This to me was an eye opener,to think that someone who don't earn much would do something like this. I did not have any money with me but I'm most certainly going back to bless him. This world really need more people like this
I posted a review about 2weeks ago and multchoice we're quick to respond that they would get back to me......I'm still waiting. Their services are pathetic to say the least and they are out to milk people out of their hard earned money. There is absolutely nothing to watch except old **** and covid-19 from dusk till dawn....but they expect you yo pay for this rubbish.
I have just been to Eikendal Pharmacy and I got the most professional service one would expect from a health care organisation. Well done Eikendal Pharmacy, you come highly recommended.
