Really no customer service to speak of. Agents don’t help but rather always tell you they right even when there system is down and you can’t check in. Don’t contact you regarding changes and it’s very much a you need us rather than we need you type of relationship.
Can't speak to anyone, can't get assistance when promised, They literally can't do anything other than take money and provide ZERO support!!!
Vodacom consistently makes decisions to negatively impact there customers. If you want to take out a contract, it is too much trouble for them to keep your old number. I'm sure its more work for the customer to get 1000 people to change their number than vodacom simply adding existing numbers to a new contract.
Selling off rotten meat on their specials. Most likely due to over hiked prices so produce isn’t moving. Be very careful buying meat from PnP!
I signed up for their LTE, I got the sim and did my Rica. I have been following up for 3 days as to why my Rica has not been authenticated, just robot replies. One call promising to get back to me and nothing. In terms of client service this is the worst I have ever ever received, here’s the best part, they take your money immediately, don’t even wait for the sim to be used. Unethical to say the least!
Cheese had bacteria growing on it and site not functioning to report it. Good to know standards have dropped so low! Buy imported products, worth the money but the ANC will still it steal it in tax.
Checkers Silverlakes has on Saturday the 9th January 2021 had a serious breach in safety and COVID-19 rules. Their shop was so full we could not move in the aisles. The till were so full the the cues went all the way through the aisles right to the back at the bakery and meat section. There was not a single control mechanism in place and when bringing it to the managements attention, I was told I’m ridiculous and there were only 200 people or less in the shop. Checkers management silverlakes has shown themselves to be careless and reckless with people health and wellness over showing profits. I will not shop here again because of their poor effort to keep everyone safe.
Shamefully expensive and delete negative reviews of their products! Typical of this type of group!
No value in HelloPeter as companies don’t care about the site or the reviews and continue the poor service as before. Buck up and hold them accountable across social media, name and shame across platforms as marketing and you will have value. For now you just an site for moaning without action.
Shocking ethics in asking for your location and passwords before making a payment. Never happed before. Has Corruption entered FNB? Time to leave
