Emer-G-Med is EXCEPTIONAL !!! Well Done.
WOW !! What a pleasure working with these professionals. Yesterday I called for ambulance service while racing home. From the lady taking my details while driving, to the ambulance arriving 5 minutes after me at home - the professionalism they displayed and care for my mother, to the sincerity and compassion and driving to Linmed Hospital, even calling the hospital in advance informing of our arrival - I have not experienced such ser vice in a long time. To the paramedics who assisted myself and my mother yesterday - Thank You very much, to the rest of the Emer-G-med team.. Keep it up and well done - I can recommend this through and through ;-)

Taking the stress out of a stressful situation.
What an amazing team! All totally professional and take the stress out of emergency situations, special mention to Kerry, Monica, Nici, Ryan and Zama who attended to our call over the weekend. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of emergency paramedic / ambulance services. Thank you to all for your service.

Ambulance payment.
This company is unbelievable. I don't want to see it next to me. They send an invoice to my medical aid, then comes back to me on the 06th June to inform me (Via email) that my medical aid did not pay and I will have to pay. Correct I have to take care of my bill now. Wow come beginning of July before the 25th my account is handed over to their lawyers. I am starting to think there is somehow a link between the supply and the law firms this days because they just want to make money out of us. EMER-G-MED, you are very bad.

FRAUDS
These people came to me with an ambulance when I had an accident and then told me that they are not going to charge me because they will take me to a government hospital and are now harassing me each year to pay fees from lawyers and are threatening to take it to the credit bureau. Each year they emailing me with an increase in the fees.

incredible team, they were in constant contact with me advising that there was a delay and when we could expect the team to arrive. Bad Service
My son had an accident on the 1st of March the paramedic who helped us give us a form to signed when we got the hospital to acknowledge that he assisted and told that the will be a small claim to pay I asked how much he said less than R2000.00 and it be needed later not soon I agree and signed . A month later EMER-G-MED send me a bill over R5500.00 when I asked I was told that the paramedic used expensive medicine… . Bad service…
