This company is unbelievable. I don't want to see it next to me. They send an invoice to my medical aid, then comes back to me on the 06th June to inform me (Via email) that my medical aid did not pay and I will have to pay. Correct I have to take care of my bill now. Wow come beginning of July before the 25th my account is handed over to their lawyers. I am starting to think there is somehow a link between the supply and the law firms this days because they just want to make money out of us. EMER-G-MED, you are very bad.

Very bad service you will receive from Cresta employees. Followed by another bad serve from the Foschini Group (TFG). Never buy a device from that company as your device will not be fixed even if its under warranty. If warranty is 2 years, and you come after 1 year but before 2 years, they will tell you the warranty was 1 year. If its 1 year, they will tell you the warranty was 6 months. And you know what will Core Group say when you call them, go fix that with the consultant that was helping you. Very bad.
Worse medical aid ever. Its a no to go please. Even your number one enemy you wont send there. I cancelled my medical aid in April, they went and reversed all the claims accepted in March and February. If my savings were prorated and couldn't cover claims already accepted, the best way was to call me and arrange for me to pay them than reversing them. This medical aid must be removed, they are scammers.
Very bad service. I opened the account in May 2019. I was given a booklet showing how much will be my monthly fee. Come end of May more money was deducted till this month still deducting more money. The account deduct R 8.00 almost everyday from my account, this month I paid +/- 400 of those R 8.00. I called Nedbank around May June regarding this transaction fees that I am paying which is wrong and those R 8.00 that are deducted on my account and still the deductions stayed the same, I called and asked for the account to be closed, they said cool, the account is still open and with negative balance this December. BAD I AM SOOO MAD.
Very good service I have received from this company in December 2016. Been trying to write my review and I am happy today I am able to. My claim was processed and paid put withing 3 weeks as my car was a write off.
Very bad service for their customers, You will pay every month but happiness is the last thing you must expect. Telkom is a no go area try other services.
This matrix car tracker people is nonsense. They have been calling me saying I owe them R600.00, for what only them knows. One of them told me that I did not pay the month of January which I did. I so sick and tired of this people. One day after they called, I receive a phone call from debt collectors!!!!! Metlholo!!! 3 year of me paying them. I skipped the payment once and they deducted double the following month, now come 2019 they saying I didn't pay for January and 1 day after hand me to their collector. I hate this with passion.
Bought Hyundai i20 December 2016 from Hyundai. No service book was given to me, and no spare key. Hyundai doesn't want to change my locks and they don't know where are the spare keys. They just want to take the one i have and make spare key from them, which for me is risky since they dont know where are the spare keys.
