These people came to me with an ambulance when I had an accident and then told me that they are not going to charge me because they will take me to a government hospital and are now harassing me each year to pay fees from lawyers and are threatening to take it to the credit bureau. Each year they emailing me with an increase in the fees.
No help in license renewal and now it's too late and I have to do it myself and pay a fine. No one answers when I want to cancel the useless insurance contract. Please do not get this. Rather choose a more competent company.
The BIGGEST SCAM EVER. I never subscribed to their services yet I am being charged by tellom together with my Fibre amount.

Absolutely terrible service. I have an ADSL line and billed R600 per month for it yet the entire month of April I had no internet connection. I called customer service and they said that a technician would be coming as it is a cable fault. Till today no technician arrived. Almost every month I have problems with the internet connection yet I'm still billed the same amount. Weeks go by without internet access. Absolutely concerning.
I ordered a mystery package which indicated a ladies watch but instead got a men's watch. I have been sending emails for a replacement but nothing has been done yet. Absolutely disappointing. Any women's watch is better than receiving a men's watch. I don't think Avon should call themselves a company for women when they give women men's products.
