Emerald life is by far the worst service provider I made countless phone calls trying to submit a claim I went to the Durban branch on Saturday and it was closed due to renovation and that the only branch in Durban not to mention the countless phone calls with no claims form being emailed to me the last person I spoke by the name of Lisa was so unprofessional it’s appalling.Im in disbelief at the service absolutely the worst Emerlad life is a **** I wouldn’t recommend it to no one
