Rotten chicken
I ordered chicken from Checkers Davenport via Checkers sixty sixty on Saturday I cooked the chicken in the same Saturday and the next day it it had an off smell and funky taste and I have been sick since honestly not happy

Emerald life is a ****
Emerald life is by far the worst service provider I made countless phone calls trying to submit a claim I went to the Durban branch on Saturday and it was closed due to renovation and that the only branch in Durban not to mention the countless phone calls with no claims form being emailed to me the last person I spoke by the name of Lisa was so unprofessional it’s appalling.Im in disbelief at the service absolutely the worst Emerlad life is a **** I wouldn’t recommend it to no one

Worst service provider
MTN is by far the worst see provider not to mention their *********** staff. I purchased a pocket router and it has been faulty for the past week,today I went to MTN Ballito junction and the service was by far the worst apparently they couldn’t not book my router for assessment not to mention that after the router is log in for assessment I will not have a router to use.

Incompetent frauds
I called IFA clientele life on Monday requesting withdrawal on my IFA policy and I haven’t received the documents I need to sign not to mention the wait for the payment to be made in my account.Worse part apparently after documents have been sent back I have to wait 30 days before payment

MTN A BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS
MTN is a Fraud.I have two contracts with MTN that I’m supposed to be paying R1350 to my surprise last month I was charged R1380 and when I called to inquire about the matter I was told the increase was due to inflation.No where in my contract doesn’t it state that due to inflation my contract premium will increase.MTN IS A FRAUD.I don’t see myself ever doing business with MTN. I’m not pleased with the poor service

Empty promises at MTN
I applied for two contracts at MTN Davenport Durban two weeks ago and they were both approved as I was informed the the sales person via phone call yet none of the phone’s has arrived I’ve been to MTN Davenport Durban to query about the delivery of the phone and I’ve been told the phone will be delivered soon but my question is when is soon it’s been two weeks already

Incompetent staff at old mutual poor service
Old mutual has by far the most incompetent staff and poor service. Three months after I realized that my policy had not debited from my account as per usual I went to old mutual branch in Durban Pinetown and I was hand a document that I should make payment at a post office or the bank I did just that and the consultant that was assisting me stated that after I had made payment I should return to an old mutual branch with proof of payment and my bank statement to reinstate the policy I did aswell the following month when the debit was meant to be debited again same story no debit was mad I went bank to old mutual and inquired about the matter and I was told my documents were sent late hence the debit didn’t go through but it should go through month end of which it did no once again I’m so annoyed of having to do the same thing 100 time because old mutual is not trained to their jobs properly and level of incompetence is high
