Honest review

Let me first start by asking people to be fair and realistic when writing their reviews. There is no insurance company that can "send you an info pack" when you haven't even taken the policy. All info regarding the policy, features, benefits and exclusions is on their website you just need to go and read it, you can't go around labeling companies as "SCAM" when you weren't scammed by them or even dealt with them that's very misleading to the public Mr Adrian. . How can you say it's a scam , you didn't claim and were not paid nor was your money debited from your account and even if it was you have 40 days to reverse a debit order and 30 days to cancel a policy and get your money back. You maybe spoke to a consultant that failed to explain matters to you properly, but does that mean the policies of the company is a fraud? No, if you had gone on their website you would have gotten all info you needed. Now as for my personal experience, I saw their ad on TV went on their website read through everything then sent in a request for someone to call me. They did and I took the policy and then I was emailed my Policy Documents with all benefits and exclusions. I had a blocked drain , I used the button on the app and was assisted immediately a consultant called me and sent a plumber to my house (Linda I think) ( very helpful and professional thank you so very much).
