They really are the best in the industry and trust me I know I work for an insurance broker. I submitted my vehicle claim online on the app in the morning and the following day my claim was approved and authorized. No hassles no fuss,cthe staff ate always a pleasure to deal with but a special thank you and mention to my claims handler Millicent Charlie she is the best. I have been with Outsurance for years and am not going anywhere, believe I know their premiums are higher than their counterparts but they're worth every cent. I rather pay a higher premium and have piece of mind that should I ever have to claim I will be covered, rather than pay less premiums and never get helped by my insurance company. Keep up the great work .
I bought a Jeep Compass 2015 2.0 on 11 July 2023, two days later the vehicle gave me problems the engine light illuminated and it lost power completely, I contacted the branch Springfield and they arranged to tow it on a flat bed because it was not drivable it wouldn't go past 30km/h. The problem continued even after they took it to their own workshop to have it fixed, that is until I wrote a concern on their website and a lady by the name of Amanda Fourie got my case . We agreed that I take it to Jeep needless to say the vehicle stayed there for over 2 months, they couldn't find the part which was the Throttle body all in all I had enough, I was already paying for 2 months installments for a car that was not with me or using. But she did not give me any hassles when I told her I have been patient enough, I need the finance contract to be canceled. She did cancel it and my full deposit was paid back to me. I can only truly thank Amanda for her assistance, efficiency, professionalism and empathy, I can only hope that Webuycars keeps such employees and realize the amazing value they bring into their company. The way she handled this case made all the difference, the 5vstars are for her only.
This review is not for Miway but directed at the staff member who took my call when I called in to inquire about an update for my vehicle claim. The claims advisor is Ms Olga Funzani. She is the type of people that put company's name in disrepute, and this will make clients go else where because of the terrible experience they receive from someone who has no business being in a position to "assist clients" . My vehicle is or was financed but they wrote if off saying it was not economical to repair . So I am expecting for them to fetch the vehicle and pay the finance house and then pay me the change. She then tells me I must go to Postnet and post documents for the vehicle, what documents because this vehicle is financed the original Log Book is with the bank not me. I realized she knew nothing of what is supposed to happen here. I then told her I can't use my own airtime to explain this whole claim from scratch, just put me through to someone who is clued up with the progress of this claim. Firstly she wouldn't even listen to me when I was speaking, even though I reminded her that she is at work at these calls are recorded she should watch how she is behaving. I am the cleint here and getting into a fighting and shouting match with me is not what she should be involving herself in. Even worse I had to ask repeatedly more than 5 times to transfer me to a Supervisor because now I am in a squabble with someone who is not willing to help or listen to me. She wouldn't I told her I have a right to ask to speak to a Supervisor I told her I am done talking to her. She then transferred me to a lady by the name Bridgette. She listened and even she said that it was wrong to request documents from because the vehicle is still financed and all this information I had disclosed 4 years ago when I took out the policy. This whole thing left a very sour taste in my mouth, if it was someone else who doesn't know their rights as a customer or how claims work they would have been given the round around looking for documents they don't have. Please Miway take your staff who deal with clients directly to courses and training on how to deal and behave with different people. This happened 23 May 20223 @ 13:10 pm .
I would've given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that I had to call the call centre on Friday to query my new card myself. I called them and immediately the lady emailed the relevant department and within an hour I received a message saying my card is available for collection at the branch locker. I love that locker idea it's so convenient and easy I went there on Sunday to pick it up no que no stress, u tried my card at the atm and it worked immediately even in store. No more going to the branch and standing in ques to get to the inquiries to fetch your card. Well done Nedbank for that.
I would give them a zero if I could. They run a Mickey Mouse operation disguised under the name of Mercedes. The service offered here by their employees especially at the Parts section is atrocious, no accountability non what so ever, they never get back to you when you call, when they do eventually answer the phone they give you empty promises. Andrea is absolutely useless I order a part for one of my sprinters and called in to find out if it's there he said it will be there in 2 days he took my number said he'll call me and let me know when it's there he did not bother to call me , I called a day later no one answers the phone I had to drive all the way there to be told , " I told you your part would be here at 2" but then why take my number and make an idiot of me telling me that you'll call. By the way this is not the first time this is happening, at one point I went all the to Riverhorse Valley Mercedes-Benz Commercial to get assistance , thier service there is way better by far. You know a company can be damaged by the attitude and service the employees give to Customers, and that can make customers decide not to use that branch anymore. They really need to pull ultheir socks, send the employees on a Customer management course.
Firstly I would give them 5 stars but I'm just not quite happy with the increase in hotel stays this year basically, the prices have almost tripled in some hotel from I paid in 2020 and 2021. I have been using Booking.com for 5 years now and I 1have never been disappointed or left stranded at a hotel. The company is very transparent and really the customer only has themselves to blame if they're unhappy with an establishment they chose. It helps to be a member and at least on level 2 or 3 you will see the benefits and rewards you get offered. People should take responsibility for their booking, like calling the establishment and confirm your booking, i canceled a booking just Sunday and my refund was in my account on Tuesday morning. Will definitely be using them again, just decrease the prices.q
Let me first start by asking people to be fair and realistic when writing their reviews. There is no insurance company that can "send you an info pack" when you haven't even taken the policy. All info regarding the policy, features, benefits and exclusions is on their website you just need to go and read it, you can't go around labeling companies as "SCAM" when you weren't scammed by them or even dealt with them that's very misleading to the public Mr Adrian. . How can you say it's a scam , you didn't claim and were not paid nor was your money debited from your account and even if it was you have 40 days to reverse a debit order and 30 days to cancel a policy and get your money back. You maybe spoke to a consultant that failed to explain matters to you properly, but does that mean the policies of the company is a fraud? No, if you had gone on their website you would have gotten all info you needed. Now as for my personal experience, I saw their ad on TV went on their website read through everything then sent in a request for someone to call me. They did and I took the policy and then I was emailed my Policy Documents with all benefits and exclusions. I had a blocked drain , I used the button on the app and was assisted immediately a consultant called me and sent a plumber to my house (Linda I think) ( very helpful and professional thank you so very much). I can recommend Emergivac to anyone any day, they're partnered with an old reputable and trusted company CLIENTELE that's why I also trusted their product.
I have just recently ordered 3 pairs of sneakers 2 Soviet, 1 Pierre Cardin they all arrived in like 4 days than expected same time. Also the quality of the shoes is just amazing especially for the price I paid. I do recommend Zando to everyone who wants reliable delivery and quality clothes. The drivers were very professional even though they came in a truck to deliver shoes, I'm sure my neighbours thought it was furniture( Lol). But I will definitely be ordering with them again
Went there looking for a taxi, they many in stock all looking good and shiny, upon close inspection all have been resprayed and " refurbished " clear visible damage to body of the vehicle is there. They did a check to see if I qualify then they said I have been approved, but they don't tell you for how much. All the vehicles don't have prices when you ask the guy who shows you around how much is the Taxi, he doesn't know and they (I&SMotors) don't know the price because the vehicles are previously bank repossessed so everyone will know the price once you pay a deposit and it reflects on the bank's side then they said the contract stating how much the Taxi is and what is the installment. What a joke!!!! How can I pay a deposit for a vehicle that I don't even know how much it is or roughly what the installment will be??? This is a big scam and rip off, do you think you'll get your deposit back if you decide not to take the vehicle ? No!!!! And they also tell you that once you take the vehicle you can't return it bring it back and change your mind , because it's a bank repo, lies!!! So my advice stay away from them they disguise the condition of their vehicles by re-spraying them and call it refurbishing them and claim that they put all NEW parts on the vehicles so the car is like brand new, how can you sell a taxi with 400 000 km for R800k?? So stay away from these guys .
My bus broke down about 200km away from me on a Saturday. I called Outsurance spoke to a Joseph Rakgata (business claims), he was extremely helpful my vehicle was towed over 300km to be near a suitable mechanic. At claim stage they were very good at constantly informing me of the progress .I would like to make special mention of Ma-vie Martin (manager) on getting my claim resolved quickly. I was under a lot of pressure losing money daily because my bus was not on the road. All the staff you answered the phone and tried to assist were extremely professional it just proves that I made a great choice by insuring my vehicles with Outsurance. Thank you .
