Unhelpful call centre agents.
My daughter app**** for medical cover from Emergivac for her return to RSA. The call centre agents were unhelpful and would not change the date of her debit order so that her cover kicked in from the day she arrived back in the country. Her emails went unanswered and when I tried to call their phones were not answered on a Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.

Our Client Services contact centre team have explained to your Daughter the reasons why the debit date cannot be changed from the date which was initially captured on her application. She understood and agreed for the debit to run as per the date captured on the application. The response remains the same for all other forms of communication sent to us, in regards to this matter, and your Daughter has been advised of this. Our Client Services contact centre operates Monday to Fri - 08:00 to 17:00 and 09:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays. Our Emergency contact centre is available 24/7, to our Clients. We reccomend that you discuss this matter further with your Daughter.
