Fantastic game, but sucks to live a million miles away from the nearest server! Average of 188ms, how can we compete with anyone else. Why don't you have a server in Africa??? Amazon has setup shop in Cape Town, South Africa. Can you guys not setup a server here???????????

Epic Games needs more competent consultants...
I have been playing Fortnite for some time now, paid for the crew pack on 2 accounts for 12 month now. This month for some reason the subscription kept on declining my card and saying i should contact my bank. Which i did after a Mr Daytona told me that as well. After a lot of calling, emailing etc Mr Daytona from Epic tells me that subscriptions cannot be paid with a debit card...Now obviously im like...***..how is that possible as I have been paying the subscription for 12 months on 2 accounts with my debit card details...He goes even further by telling me that he cannot confirm or deny this (basically telling me im talking ****) Then refers me to a link which tells me which other methods i can use...of which i have none.. Epic games have completely lost my confidence in them or their so called consultants. How in the **** can they tell me they have been taking my money for 12 months and then just like that they want to tell me im lying when saying i have been using my debit card. Details which i might add is saved on their ****ing site.

I hate epic games
There was a Travis Scott event and I was waiting for it for weeks and when the time came they said I was ineligible for the event with no reason. I am very ****ed off.

Unprofessional

I have tried to make a purchase in the vbucks shop for a pack called shadows rising and the payment went through but I did not receive my cosmetic and when I sent an email they said that the issue is not by them it is by Samsung so I called Samsung and they said it won't take long and it been over a week now and I haven't received the item . I now sent epic games proof of payment so I can receive my stuff and then again they say that they can't do anything cause it was through a Samsung payment
