If I could give less than 1 star I would. We do metal works and have been doing metal works for more than 30 years. We have always prided ourselves on only using the best products and giving top notch service. We were told by a supplier that this paint is top quality. We were given instructions on how to use and did so. It wasn't even a month later when the client let us know the product was rusting through. Sending pictures to us as well. We had to spend another R9000 to go fix the problem and completely overhaul the items. When we told the supplier, they got feedback from Promac Paints that we, the client must have app**** it incorrectly. More than 30 years of experience and they want to tell us we app**** it incorrectly. Utter *******. Will never recoomend this product to anyone again.
I have been on Yaga for several years now and have not been dissapointed once. I have several stores on Yaga now. The ladies assisting you when you have a problem, is quick to solve a problem or assist with questions. Dealing with sellers and buyers are made easy and the payment system is reliable and safe for both buyers and sellers.
If i could have given anything less than 1 star I would as they truly do not even deserve that to be honest. So I went on their website in July and ordered 5 Watermelon and 5 Cranberry Pharmafreak water enhancers. Paid a whopping R150 for just shipping which in my opinion is ridiculous, but thought that it's fair as I am ordering 10 items. Waited a very long time for the delivery. Was very excited once they arrived. Opened the box and found only half of the items inside. I immediately emailed them to tell them I only received half of the order. Even them replying on email took some time, but eventually I did receive a reply. Was told it will be taken up with the offices it was sent from. Well...it is at the end of August and if I didn't ask what was going on the whole time, I still would not know what is happening. I was phoned and told that if I don't want a replacement they will give store credit. Like why would I want store credit after such terrible service. I asked that the refund was to be made into my account. Got a refund of R35.16....for 5 items. Like what is happening at their head office. Is there any competent people working there as it seems they do not even know what was on the invoice. I would not recommend this online shop to anyone. As I was told per phone, the online shop has been giving constant problems, but it seems Dis-Chem higher ups don't care in the slightest. They should just close their doors now and stop pretending. Highly disappointed from a first time buyer.
I wonder if Capitec Forex department actually have any people working there, because no matter what time you call, no matter how long you stay on the line, they are always busy. They don't answer calls, they don't answer emails. They simply do not do anything of worth. Their policies change the way I change my toiletpaper. They want to know intimate details of yours but cannot even make the effort of replying back to queries. I have now waited more than 3 weeks for monies to be cleared which I need urgently. Why i have to wait so long for monies that is paid by my husband every month, i have no idea. Any fool can see, i only receive international payments from 1 person aka my husband, so why in the hell would it take this long to clear money received from him?
The most incompetant company with the most inexperienced people working there. Been with Vodacom fibre for about 3 months. Twice i have been "accidently" deleted from the system. Loss of income due to the fact that i sit days without internet. No one in the call centre can actually help you. They just open a ticket. Everyone you speak to has a different story or excuse. They loose your information. I would not recommend anyone to make use of their services. Sorry excuse for a company and even sorrier excuse of call centre assistants.
I have been playing Fortnite for some time now, paid for the crew pack on 2 accounts for 12 month now. This month for some reason the subscription kept on declining my card and saying i should contact my bank. Which i did after a Mr Daytona told me that as well. After a lot of calling, emailing etc Mr Daytona from Epic tells me that subscriptions cannot be paid with a debit card...Now obviously im like...***..how is that possible as I have been paying the subscription for 12 months on 2 accounts with my debit card details...He goes even further by telling me that he cannot confirm or deny this (basically telling me im talking ****) Then refers me to a link which tells me which other methods i can use...of which i have none.. Epic games have completely lost my confidence in them or their so called consultants. How in the **** can they tell me they have been taking my money for 12 months and then just like that they want to tell me im lying when saying i have been using my debit card. Details which i might add is saved on their ****ing site.
Very easy payment method to use on sites. Every time i have used it, i have felt very safe.
SABC TV Licence is a bunch of scammers. Even after you cancel they still bill you and then want to hand you over. If you tell them you have cancelled years ago, they just say they can cancel it for you now.......if you pay the outstanding amount.....***!! The head of this company is corrupt and everyone working at this company who condones this is all skelm.
