**** Alert - Essence emporium fragrance
25th April 2026 I placed my order with Essence emporium fragrance based in Cape Town online to date I have not received my order , I have been intouch with the company and they have responded to me promising that they will courier my purchases however this has not been done , I requested for a refund as I can see that they arr unable to fulfill their promises. Yesterday they advised that I will be receiving a tracking number from the courier company and I received nothing no email to sms , they are not loyal to their customers

Outstanding service and delivery
i would like to take this opportunity to give essenceemporiumfragances 5 stars for their excellent service and fast delivery, been using them for a while and every time the service is outstanding, i would highly recommend my perfume shop as their pricing is as good as the cheapest shop around, will use them again.
