25th April 2026 I placed my order with Essence emporium fragrance based in Cape Town online to date I have not received my order , I have been intouch with the company and they have responded to me promising that they will courier my purchases however this has not been done , I requested for a refund as I can see that they arr unable to fulfill their promises. Yesterday they advised that I will be receiving a tracking number from the courier company and I received nothing no email to sms , they are not loyal to their customers
App**** for a loan with ec online loan never got any assistance from them and the loan was never finalized but to my surprise they have debited my account R249.99 and when sending emails and WhatsApp am not getting any response from them . I would like to be refunded back my funds .
Bought a PS4 Game for my son on the 09th January 2022 and to date i haven't received it , I've been making several follow up regarding the delivery as ive paid for the shipment also and do not understand why cant they deliver the game . the supplier used is Kapow
I logged into my account this morning to see my transaction as the balance I had was not adding up . and only realised that #honfee was the reason behind the missing money , I had to Google #honfee as this has never happened before and only realised that it was FNB , the total amount taken from my account amounts to nearly R1000.00 now that's a lot a money . <br> I really need that money back into my account . <br> yes I bank with FNB and I've been very happy with their service over the years , but this is unacceptable . <br>
I've been making my regular payments with Woolworth , I called them yesterday the 19th October requesting for a payment update letter , as the bank financing for the car is in need of that letter , I've been told that my account as defaulted in August , which is not true . <br> ive emailed <br> [Email Removed] and no one even bothered themselves to reply to my email . I told the call centre how urgent this matter is as I need to collect the car on Saturday and running out of time . <br> and they are telling me to wait for 2 /4 working days for the letter , even after explaining myself . <br>
on the 10th October 2015 at 17:05 I went to Kfc to buy a family meal , the total amounted to R210.70 and I produced my cheque card but their machine froze and I was told the transaction did not go through , I paid cash , when I got home I looked at my phone and the transaction was successful and there was no reversal done , the very same day I drove to KFC to explain to them that the money went through I was then told to wait 48 hours for the money to be reversed . within the 48 hours nothing happened I had to call kfc and I spoke to Barbra who was very helpful . on the 13th October the money was reversed , <br> to my surprise I was charged again the very same amount on the15th October I got a message from my bank that the funds have gone off once again . to date nothing has happened I haven't been refunded my money back . now am being told to wait 2 days , how difficult is it to process a reversal or R210.70? why should I wait that long for my money . I need this matter to be resolved soon please.
in 2013 I applied for a loan through SA Loan Locator and never went ahead with the application because the requested that I pay R399.00 . to my surprise they've been billing my account till now and I only picked this up in February and immediately reversed the transaction , now I've received any email from their lawyers demanding that I pay the R399.00 and the lawyers fees . <br> this is not fair because I never took their money and now they are helping themselves to my money . <br> now I need to pay R665.21 .
