Essential med absolutely pathetic

This is very embarrassing I made payment on 02 May 2025 , I sent proof of payment it's already 9 May 2025 I am at the doctor's office and was told that my policy is cancelled! This is so frustrating! 😡 Please check your emails and update my medical 😡😡😡 EssentialMED - E163500-urgent please update payment.

I have never been so embarrassed now the doctors must wait for you to change the status till Monday from suspended to activate this is unbelievable. I need you to escalate this immediately contact doctor on :0219750449- Rozaan at Dr Rabie 9 Athens if this is not resolved I will take legal action
