Lack of professionalism and empathy

I rarely use Instagram as a platform to complain or “vent” on companies or service providers. However, the level of service I received over the past weekend by @eventsby_nasrin left my family and I in absolutely disbelief.

My brothers wedding was over the passed weekend and we had contracted Nasrin for the pre-wedding decor. . Upon arrival to view if all was in order the day before the event, we were in disbelief. Nasrin nor her team were present at the venue. The decor was NOT as we had request - many items had been left out entirely. When I had contacted her, she was extremely rude and stated what I required was not within the "budget" although a budget was not provided to any service provider including Nasrin. Instead she was advised and sent images of what we required (image below). Later that night, after requesting her to complete the decor as initially agreed upon, I was screamed at and cut off.

Nasrin has absolutely no regard for her clients nor does she go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction or ease during such a stressful time but rather is the main source of clients stressing over their events. I’d highly advise AGAINST using her for an event as she lacks professionalism and empathy. Once she receives payment, she becomes extremely difficult to work with. After all the hassle and complains, I was told that she would go back to do me a “favor”. She arrived on the day of the event at 11am and the function was at 2pm!
