WORST Decor Company in my Opinion
I am extremely DISAPPOINTED with my experience with Nasrin. She was very unprofessional, rude, and dismissive when I asked about her refund and cancellation policy. Instead of providing clarity, she insulted and threatened me, showing a complete lack of respect and professionalism. As a 2026 bride, I expected to work with someone trustworthy and transparent, but I found her dishonest and manipulative—she said things just to appease me in the moment, but her actions were entirely contrary. When I tried to cancel my booking, her behavior was disrespectful and intimidating. I strongly advise ..DO NOT use her services for decor. My experience was deeply negative, and I cannot recommend her under any circumstances. Save your time, the hassle and stress and use a company that is much more forthcoming, professional,l and established.

Stunning work & exceptional client care
can’t thank Events by Nasrin enough for the incredible job they did with our wedding décor. Everything was absolutely beautiful elegant, classy, and exactly what we had hoped for (if not better!). The attention to detail was amazing, and it all came together so seamlessly. Nasrin herself is such a dream to work with. She’s professional, super organized, and just a genuinely lovely person. From our first chat, she made us feel so comfortable and took the time to really understand what we wanted. She was always calm, responsive, and full of great ideas — which made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable. If you’re planning a wedding or any special event, I can’t recommend Events by Nasrin enough. She truly went above and beyond to make our day feel magical, and we’re so grateful for everything she did.

Unprofessional conduct from Events by Nasrin
Unprofessional and Rude! During a recent interaction with this decor company, I brought to the owner's attention that I met her team previously whilst viewing a venue, and they were very rude to me. While on call with the owner, who not only failed to address the issue professionally but also resorted to unbecoming behavior, I began to articulate the adverse impact of their rudeness, she resorted to calling me an "idiot" and promptly terminated the call. Further to this, she texts me on Whatsapp saying, "I don't know how to speak," but then claimed she was talking to her son when I mentioned I am posting this on social media. This interaction has left me loss for words. It is disheartening to discover that an individual who lacks basic manners and respect for others runs a business ostensibly focused on customer satisfaction.

RUDE STAFF by nasrin
Pathetic service & rude staff. Received a phone call from a lady at events by nasrin … who forcefully wants to sell her company . And ends phone call with “shut up you idiot” is this how you speak to clients ? What type of customer service is this ? Don’t speak to clients like how you speak to you mother. Don’t call clients force and them to go with you. There’s millions of other decor companies. Please don’t support this rude business.

Lack of professionalism and empathy
I rarely use Instagram as a platform to complain or “vent” on companies or service providers. However, the level of service I received over the past weekend by @eventsby_nasrin left my family and I in absolutely disbelief. My brothers wedding was over the passed weekend and we had contracted Nasrin for the pre-wedding decor. . Upon arrival to view if all was in order the day before the event, we were in disbelief. Nasrin nor her team were present at the venue. The decor was NOT as we had request - many items had been left out entirely. When I had contacted her, she was extremely rude and stated what I required was not within the "budget" although a budget was not provided to any service provider including Nasrin. Instead she was advised and sent images of what we required (image below). Later that night, after requesting her to complete the decor as initially agreed upon, I was screamed at and cut off. Nasrin has absolutely no regard for her clients nor does she go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction or ease during such a stressful time but rather is the main source of clients stressing over their events. I’d highly advise AGAINST using her for an event as she lacks professionalism and empathy. Once she receives payment, she becomes extremely difficult to work with. After all the hassle and complains, I was told that she would go back to do me a “favor”. She arrived on the day of the event at 11am and the function was at 2pm!
