Haybo, what an ugly experience. There i go do my normal shopping at evergreen , so I see this ladies they buying spiced chicken from the Bucher, so I decided to buy beef then asked a lady there about spices chicken then she told me no it will be out after an hour, cool decided to go on with my shopping for an hour. 12pm I go back the lady says no it's not out yet but vouse I told after an hour let me get u the chicken quickly couse also I see u heavly pregnant, ok great customer service that's what I'm telling my self..2mon after she comes back no I can't give u the chicken my supervisor refuses and standing there like a fool I'm like whose ur supervisor, she points out the supervisor there I go to him to let him know that I have been waiting for the chicken for an hour n now you just decide to cancel the lady helping me. Whoooo the supervisor went on telling me about the rules that I have to interest in as I'm a customer n no nating about that. You know Neil wanted to proof a point that his not gonna give me the chicken because the lady didn't follow the rules imagine a whole supervisor.. my question is doest the chicken fall under the store turnover? Like he acted like the chicken was for free and he decide who gets it. Then he decides to speak to someone whose working there in Afrikaans and they busy talking shift that his ryt he must not give me the chicken ,I'm like what the hell infront of the customer really, who doesn't know Afrikaans in this day an age? Neil must learn to respect customers and be happy when customers are being assisted that's it. I'm just so disappointed with Neil

Review for cashier working at till number Thandokazi Dliva I was assisted today at Evergreen market by an extremely rude cashier and her supervisor didnt seem to care either I shop a lot at Evergreen and I am always amazed at the level of great service i always get from the cashiers and till packers Today however was a completely different horrific story I asked for boxes to put groceries in as they always offer boxes if they do have (on days they dont have boxes at FOH or tillpoint they will send someone to check at the back for me The cashier responded and said they are no boxes ,(please keep in mind that as I walked into the store there were plenty of boxes being distributed please check cameras to see this) I asked her to please ask them to check at the back for me and that is where all hell broke loose I asked for her supervisor who came and he didnt even seem interested however he did ask them to go check for me and after minutes of waiting I did a follow up with regards to boxes and she said he came back and h said there is no boxes As I was leaving the store by the security check point I realised that there is a lot of boxes I went back to the supervisor to please explain why I was told there are no boxes when there is plenty of them ? All he did was get someone to get me boxes with no apology and no explanation You have great cashiers and till parkers however Thandokazi Dliva is extremely rude Please check your cameras and look at her body langauge and facial expression and tell me if such is acceptable and please also see all the ups and downs and waiting times just to get boxes that were there
