Imagine trying to pay up my dept but it's so difficult to get a settlement letter. I have 2accounts that I was behind with now I want to settlement but fnb is taking me from pillar to post. I had settled 1account wit Lwm dept collectors now since I have been waiting for paid up letter . Credit card I'm waiting for settlement letter yeeeer FNB I'd so unprofessional and no customer service at all.
I was at your store in Woodmead to purchase some few items and I was assisted by a guy called William (villiam) I think his a merchandiser/area manager for Polo brand, tseeer I have never seen such unprofessional person, he was telling me how he stressing and that he forgot his wallet at home and needs to go to eastrand , he loaned a R100 and took my numbers as he was supposed to send it back. I gave him because I felt so sorry for him, (he said he was working for Polo head office)

Haybo, what an ugly experience. There i go do my normal shopping at evergreen , so I see this ladies they buying spiced chicken from the Bucher, so I decided to buy beef then asked a lady there about spices chicken then she told me no it will be out after an hour, cool decided to go on with my shopping for an hour. 12pm I go back the lady says no it's not out yet but vouse I told after an hour let me get u the chicken quickly couse also I see u heavly pregnant, ok great customer service that's what I'm telling my self..2mon after she comes back no I can't give u the chicken my supervisor refuses and standing there like a fool I'm like whose ur supervisor, she points out the supervisor there I go to him to let him know that I have been waiting for the chicken for an hour n now you just decide to cancel the lady helping me. Whoooo the supervisor went on telling me about the rules that I have to interest in as I'm a customer n no nating about that. You know Neil wanted to proof a point that his not gonna give me the chicken because the lady didn't follow the rules imagine a whole supervisor.. my question is doest the chicken fall under the store turnover? Like he acted like the chicken was for free and he decide who gets it. Then he decides to speak to someone whose working there in Afrikaans and they busy talking shift that his ryt he must not give me the chicken ,I'm like what the hell infront of the customer really, who doesn't know Afrikaans in this day an age? Neil must learn to respect customers and be happy when customers are being assisted that's it. I'm just so disappointed with Neil
I bought earrings on the 31st of Jan at Mr price Norkem park,on the same day when I tried to wear the earrings it broke then decided will take them back and exchange for the same once. The day came that's on the 08th decided to go after work, got the went to the till to exchange but the same once wre sold out took something else but when the supervisor came she couldn't decide whether she will authorize my exchange or not she kept on telling me that they dont exchange underwear and earings ,i told her i was unhappy with the product but dololo solutions.. Nonhlanhla from Norkem park MrPrice needs more training in Leadership,
I bought a chocolate on the 15.02.2022 only to find out it has expired on the 8.02.2022. This is so unacceptable, floor walks are done by management every morning to check such things Inv no 00101765.

Standing in the que for 25min and PRETTY just brings her friend from the back of the line to PAY. I WAS AT WORK ALSO BUT HAD TO WAIT FOR HER TO HELP HER FRIEND BEFORE SHE HELPED ME. CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY BAD IN THAT STORE..
Norkem Park fish aways just a waist of time and money. 3people working, no customer service.
Whooo nooo a whole manager really, got an sms from evergreen that i need to come collect a free gift for my birthday. Saw the massage when i received my phone from repairs, called in to arrange then was told to come. The ladies called the manager fine he got there and asked me why i came 3days later and i explain why. Then he told them to give me the gift and he rolled his eyes and the way he said and delete the massage, wow u don't treat people that way, why did you introduce the gifting if you gonna treat people as if they dependant to you? I expected a better approach as a leader of the store. Who wouldn't be excited to get a gift from were they shop almost every day. Wow i was very disgusted of your response.
