I ordered 2x 2 piece Nike sets from IBO for my twin nieces and I only received 1set, I called them and they said I must send an email which got spammed. I kept calling telling them that the email route is not working and they said I will receive a call back from them, till today I have not been assisted nor refunded for the set I did not receive.

I was at your store in Woodmead to purchase some few items and I was assisted by a guy called William (villiam) I think his a merchandiser/area manager for Polo brand, tseeer I have never seen such unprofessional person, he was telling me how he stressing and that he forgot his wallet at home and needs to go to eastrand , he loaned a R100 and took my numbers as he was supposed to send it back. I gave him because I felt so sorry for him,

I'm very happy with the service received, the quality of the goods as well as the short delivery time. I was nervous at first because of all the negative reviews, but I know people will complain before they compliment. They will more likely write about a bad experience before a good one. So I am here to say that I had a good experience and I loved dealing with IBO. My babys Christmas clothes came before the delivery time and in time for Christmas and they are beautiful :) Its a risk I took and I am happy and impressed

I'm very happy with the service received, the quality of the goods as well as the short delivery time. Please do not order from them unless if you just want to waste your money. I ordered items from them on the 6th of December. I received an email stating that my items were shipped on the 9th of December. I can't track the status of my shipment, it states that it's older than 7 days. I've been trying to call them almost every single day and they keep on saying it was shipped and they will get back to me with the status of my shipment but they never do. Yesterday I requested a refund, they didn't send me an email at all with the refund information and they are saying that I cannot get my refund until they've received the items from courier IT.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH THEM ONLINE! I ordered 3 items online on the 20th Nov and literally called them everyday for 2 weeks about my order because there was no tracking information available, all they kept saying was your parcel will be delivered today or tomorrow for two weeks! Being told the same thing over and over until last week I called again and was told my parcel was lost in transit? So now how is that if I was told it was being delivered and is with the couriers? And now I'm waiting on a refund if I call they tell me a form needs to be filled out so that the refund can be processed and I was told this 3 times now? And everyone keeps saying they will fill the form in and it will be processed by the end of day and still I haven't received anything at all. The service is terrible I've never experienced customer service as bad as this! No communication whatsoever if I could give 0 stars I would.

I am very ****ed off for the service I receive from IBO. The service I got the time I buy from them was so smooth. I returned one item from my order, they are now taking me from pillar to post for a refund. I have been calling them enquiring about the refund, I was told it takes 5 days for the refund. It is full two weeks but my refund is not done. I called yesterday, 2024.12.04, the guy I spoke to was very suprised he even said it is too long now, he went to enquire from the manager about my refund, he then came back and said the item returned they never received it. I don't know how because they are the one who sent the courier to collect the parcel, n it was collected. It was for the first time I ordered from IBO, n one thing for sure it is for the last time, if that is how they treat the customer

The service level is non existant... Pathetic. Orders are not delivered unless you call them numerous times and follow up. Refunds are even worse. So unprofessional. I placed a refund on the 18th of June and have not heard from them since. I followed up with numerous emails along with my approved refund number #R500000459 and still no response at all from them. It's been over a month and I have not received my refund as yet.
