I called ABSA Insurance Company Limited, regarding the payment arrangement for my policy. I was assisted my the gentleman by the name of Lucky KHOSA. Lucky provided me with and excellent customer service, he was so friendly, he was understanding, kind and very professional when communicating to me.
I am very ****ed off for the service I receive from IBO. The service I got the time I buy from them was so smooth. I returned one item from my order, they are now taking me from pillar to post for a refund. I have been calling them enquiring about the refund, I was told it takes 5 days for the refund. It is full two weeks but my refund is not done. I called yesterday, 2024.12.04, the guy I spoke to was very suprised he even said it is too long now, he went to enquire from the manager about my refund, he then came back and said the item returned they never received it. I don't know how because they are the one who sent the courier to collect the parcel, n it was collected. It was for the first time I ordered from IBO, n one thing for sure it is for the last time, if that is how they treat the customer
I ordered the food on the 12 November 2024 online, the transaction went through on my bank, I then called the shop after not getting the order Number. The restaurant told me that they did not receive my order even though the money, they further told me that the is nothing they can do as the shop, I should enquire with my bank. I took up the matter with my bank, and my bank told me that the money is already bank with the Marchant, I should request the restaurant to refund me or give me my order because from their side the money was successfully paid to fishaways. That was not my first experience with this shop, three weeks before it happened with the Steers but I did get the chance to quiry it. N both restaurant falls on the same company. Meaning it is something they're used to it. To **** customers
Dstv is the worst nightmare, i regret taking subscription with them. When it comes to the deduction they don't hesitate. It is almost a month waiting for my refund. Everytime when i call it's a different stories or excuses and lies. I wasn't informed that my refund will be pain in 14 working days, but guess what, it's almost a month. I requested the the refund on the 17 April 2023, until today. What i get it's excuses excuses. I want my money please, the worst part they don't even keep you updated. I surely i called more than 10 times, but from that 10 times i got different excuses, the last time i called, i was informed that the money has been paid, but where? I don't know coz i've never received any money.
