Please be aware of the proceses that this company uses that are not be communicated BEFORE PURCHASE In order to get your goods each stage comes with new payment that is NEVER communicated BEFORE PURCHASE I ordered chaffing dishes and an invoice was sent (I paid it same time) they told me to wait for four hours for payment to reflect of which I did After fours hours a text was sent that my order is ready for collection At 17:00 I got a text that I need to pay R1250 for the agent handling my delivery and that is when I thought this could be a **** I immediately told the person that this was never communicated and Would like a refund, they then told me my refund will take 21 working days (none of these terms and conditions are on their invoices or anywhere else) and I told them that is not how you conduct business and their response was that I cannot tell them how to run their business and I can do whatever I want I made a payment and I must now wait 21 working days on a product that NEVER left their store (and this company policy was not even communicated before making payment) I did have my suspicions that could be ****mers however I took a risk and now I get to suffer the consequesnces and dont wish anything like this on anyone If you wont be able to go to these people physically to their store PLEASE DONT BUY over their whatsapp or social media
I apologize for wrongfully accusing BOSSCATERING EQUIPMENT of multiple accusations and demeaned the company here
We purchased an oven on the 12th of June 2024 and made all payments Since then there was no communication from boss catering , we called ,sent emails with no response Yesterday the 24th we decided to go directly to the store and we could not be assisted as the person who processed our order was not there and she is the only one with access Today we get a phone call and the lady was very rude with no apology but to inform us the oven stand is not ready due to a funeral, we then asked why did they not communicate that the order will be delayed due to a funeral and I was never ready for the response Her exact words: I updated on my whatsapp status and facebook that there is a funeral and by rhe the way we have over hundred thousand orders and I cant be communicating with everyone about the funeral and if you are not happy you are free to come to the store and I will process your refund This has to be the most pathetic service I have ever come accross
I would like to appreciate Mr Steven Van Rensburg based at the standard bank branch in Gezina for his excellect customer service He greets all clients with a smile and with enthusiasm regardless of how they look or dressed. He is patient and tries to get clear understanding of your problem before assisting you Thank you so much for your assistance and empathy(I was not okay on the day however his service helped me to stay calm through my consultation He is not doing his job just to tick off his roles and responsibilities on the checklist but to make sure you get the best out of your consultation
Review for cashier working at till number Thandokazi Dliva I was assisted today at Evergreen market by an extremely rude cashier and her supervisor didnt seem to care either I shop a lot at Evergreen and I am always amazed at the level of great service i always get from the cashiers and till packers Today however was a completely different horrific story I asked for boxes to put groceries in as they always offer boxes if they do have (on days they dont have boxes at FOH or tillpoint they will send someone to check at the back for me The cashier responded and said they are no boxes ,(please keep in mind that as I walked into the store there were plenty of boxes being distributed please check cameras to see this) I asked her to please ask them to check at the back for me and that is where all hell broke loose I asked for her supervisor who came and he didnt even seem interested however he did ask them to go check for me and after minutes of waiting I did a follow up with regards to boxes and she said he came back and h said there is no boxes As I was leaving the store by the security check point I realised that there is a lot of boxes I went back to the supervisor to please explain why I was told there are no boxes when there is plenty of them ? All he did was get someone to get me boxes with no apology and no explanation You have great cashiers and till parkers however Thandokazi Dliva is extremely rude Please check your cameras and look at her body langauge and facial expression and tell me if such is acceptable and please also see all the ups and downs and waiting times just to get boxes that were there
Review for cashier working at till number 25 on 26 October 2023 from 17:25 Thandokazi Dliva I was assisted today at Evergreen market by an extremely rude cashier and her supervisor didnt seem to care either I shop a lot at Evergreen and I am always amazed at the level of great service I always get from the cashiers and till packers Today however was a completely different horrific story As I walked in the store there was plenty of boxes being distributed at the till points (please check cameras) I asked for boxes to put groceries in as they always offer them to me especially when I have a lot of things to buy , Thandokazi responded and she said there are no boxes , I told her they usually check at the back if there is nothing infront, she responded and told me I need to ask the till packer myself (which I have never experienced before as the cashiers always sort it out without me having to ask the till packers) Her tone when she responded was extremely rude and I asked her to call her supervisor, the supervisor came and I explained what happened and he didnt seem to care but sent someone to go check for boxes I waited for over 10 minutes and for my sanity I kept myself busy by taking things I forgot to take I had to do a follow-up with Thandokazi because she was not giving me any update if they found boxes or not and when I asked her she told me the person who was sent to look for boxes didnt find them As I was leaving the store and by the security check point I saw a lot of till points having boxes being distributed and I went to the same supervisor to ask why am I seeing boxes after being told there are no boxes Same attitutude was give again and he arranged someone to get me boxes, no apology or explanation as to why I was **** to not once but twice I have never had to fight this much just to get boxes I always get great customer service from the supervisors, cashiers and till packers however what I encounted today was really unfair Please check cameras and check Thandokazis' body langauge and facial expressions and please tell me if this is what they have been trained to do when assisting us
I have a checkers business card as i am in business I decided to go to the checkers at east gate mall as i was in that area and I took stork magarine I got to the till and the cashier said its six per customer and i asked for tge manager to explain Vincent the branch manager came ansd he was very rude and was not willing to listen (please check viseo footage on the 10th of May 2023 between 12:30 and 12:40 I showed him the checkers business card and told him we are not buying on a personal capacity and he told me he is not going to allow me to buy the magarine I usually shop at checkers at waterfall corner and Mall of Africa and they are always willing to listen to understand and assist me; this was not the case with Vincent ,a lot of rudeness and the only person he listens to is himself Please do advice him that in future he has to listen to the customer and understand why they are buying amd if he is not sure he should ask head office because this is a totally different scenario ,what is the point of me having a checkers business card if I cant use it ,this is such a huge inconvinience caused by an ******** manager
A big thank you to the Woolworth Waterfall Corner team that assisted me with a bulk order I placed. Mr Themba and the team made sure everything was ordered and delivered to the store on time. I didn't have to do any follow-ups with regards to the order as they were keeping me updated throughout The other beautiful thing about the team at woolies waterfall corner is that if they don't have stock of a product they will call the other nearest stores to check if they have stock and if they do they ask the store to keep it for you and you just go collect They are so empathetic, they are so helpful and they aways do it with great joy. You always feel at home when you Rae there and always have great peace of mind that whatever you need as a customer they will try everything to get it done for you Keep up the great work team Woolies Waterfall corner........ We see you and we appreciate you
A big thank you to clicks waterfall corner customer service I went there looking for x30 quantities of dried fruit and x30 packets of biltong and they didn't have enough stock on hand however they went out of their way to outsource the stock for me at other clicks and they called me to come collect, this saved me a lot of time because they didn't tell me to go to the different clicks myself to get the quantities I needed This was exceptional customer service by Miss Dudu Khumalo and Mr Lawrence Makhubele and I really appreciate it, keep up the great service, you are so amazing, empathy is what we need in this industry, something a lot of employees in the retail don't have and it was heartwarming to experience such
We visited Zebula on the 29th Of July 2022 and checked out on the 31st of July 2022. We were made to pay a breakage deposit which we had no issue with. We checked out on time and the receptionist said they will check the house first and should there be an issue they will call us of which they never called so everything was found to be in order (an certain that everything was in order as we did not break or take anything) the receptionist said the money will be refunded within 5 working days so payment was supposed to have reflected on the 5th of August and it did not. I sent them an email and all they said they will get back to me as to when the money will be paid back. As of today I have not received my money and have not received the feedback they promised to give me back. My consumer rights have been violated What is worse is that one of the rooms was not clean and we reported this to reception and they didn't bother assisting us We had one room whereby the bed was noisy and uncomfortable and we reported this as well but nothing was done
