Our company decided to move our pension scheme to another company. 9 months later we have had no reaction from Evolution Group. We do not get any reports and no one in the company answers our requests. Very very poor service. Next step is the Ombudsman

After my first review, I got a call from a guy whom I can’t remember his name. To date I haven’t received the payment and I have heard from any one. I’m really not impressed at all and I hope other companies are taking note of this incompetence. This is the 8th week and still nothing! I’ll probably get another call after this review and no results.

This is the worst insurance company ever. they have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I firstly dealt with Rina, who has promised that my funds will be released in 6 weeks. she then fell sick, a lady by the name of Natasha told me they cant do Rina's work and as soon as she is back she will assist me. On the 7th week I followed up and a lady by the name of Michelle told me that there's only 3 of them in the office and they have so much work to do. they will look at my claim only next week ( 8th week), and she cant promise that it will be paid during that week as they have migrated to a new system and they are only trying to help by doing Rina's job. so in other words, it is not her job to assist me. what a load of nonsense.
