Email received from Directaxis in reply to my previous complaint - All this was is an email to advise that they received my complaint. No further call or follow up from them - too date I am still not able to get a statement of account for a loan that is paid up.....
I took a loan via FNB , which was later handed over to DirectAxis , and having been paying off for the past few years. I received a statement every three months and last statement was 11th August 2023 - I have now sent in a payment which should settle the loan - now I am requesting a final statement - DirectAxis is refusing to send me this information. They sent me a Paid Up Letter - but no statement to show if the final payment I made was the correct amount or slightly over...... Why ? DirectAxis can you not send me a statement ?
Trying to reduce the spend limit on a Telkom Account is near impossible. Numerous attempts - unanswered calls - how can I reduce the spend limit on a contract with Telkom ? Thanks Mark / 0659226551
After been "conned" into signing for a policy , after saying numerous time I want a QUOTE only ( yes but we need all your details) I have now battled for three months to get the error policy cancelled and the payments taken off my account refunded. African Bank IT department does not follow up with issues. I am trying to make once off payments but the OTP required does not load. I have logged queries , I have been to African Bank branch - Not one staff member is able to assist me. Poor Show African Bank.
I have been trying to change my Spend Limit with Telkom. Impossible. Neither on the App , neither on the website. The Whatsapp Help is useless. To try and get a person to talk to is also impossible. All one gets is an automotive System that is useless This is why Telkom will become another failed service in SA.
Tonight all I get is channel 134..... the rest of package is blocked. Pathetic. So I paid R335 for one channel. I refuse to pay again for Pathetic service.
Having been a client of DSTV for many years I finally had to give up with them. I downgraded my package from full to family and apparently short paid end June by R99.00 - Accounts were paid as per sms sent. End July I paid 1 cent short - account blocked. After numerous unanswered calls I spoke to Karobo Mol , who said I should pay in a further R335.00 plus R 99 re-connection fee. DSTV , finished with you. 70% ******* on Multichoice , Their staff dont care - why cut for R100 short paid , why not call or sms reminder ? Good Bye , another failed SA provider.
King Price Insurance has repudiated a claim for a damaged tablet under excuse the damages are "Wear & Tear"....... wear and tear on a tablet that was working perfectly prior to falling ! poor one King Price , Poor one
To all consumers - beware when purchasing a GHD - Great communication from GHD , but after sales service is terrible. However should you have an issue with the GHD after the warranty you are left in the dark - the units cannot be repaired - GHD will not render any repair service , but want you to buy a new one - So you are in for R3800 every 2 years.
