They are expensive and their service levels are shocking. While the rest of the world is worried about keeping business during a crisis I feel like they don't give a darn about losing their loyal customers. I paid R900 for 4 blankets to be dry cleaned. With that kind of cost I could have bought new blankets. It took 10 days before I was able to get 2 blankets back. Still waiting for the other 2. Absolutely ridiculous, and they are rude, rude, rude. Payment in advance gives them the right to mess you around, it seems. Now we are heading into lockdown and winter....with half my blankets. VERY VERY VERY angry. Express Dry Cleaners - Express nothing!! what a joke.

<p>First I took a pair of black shoes for them to repair for me. I went there several times to collect my shoes but it took months just to put some glue where the leather started coning out. Eventually, my shoes were at the store only to find that the person who fixed the shoes messed glue all over my shoe and it looked terrible! So eventually afte three months i got my shoes.</p> <p>Then i take a pair of white shoes to replace the tips and put soles. Took another month, when i went to collect my shoes they had put black tips and black soles on my white shoes. Then Marie, the rudest person in te world calls me and tells me they'll change the tips but they can't change the soles. Which i agree too. I go to collect my shoes today after i took them to the shop on 11 July 16 (so more than two months later) and guess what, glue on my wite shoes too. So i call Marie and tell her that i'm either taking my shoes and not paying or she must come and deliver the shoes at my house after fixing because i dont have time to come back. She shouts at me saying i must take my shoes and never come back. She spoke to the useless lady at the store and when i wanted to talk to her again she put the phone down in my ear. I called her back and told her i'll put this on Hello Peter and she told me to go right ahead as "my type" are one in a million. I told her they messed my shoes up twice and she blatantly said she doesn't care and put the phone down. So needless to say, i will never take my shoes there and i'm hoping not a lot of people do either as they damage your shoes and then tell you to never come back. Now thats customer service!</p>

EXPRESS DRY CLEANING SERVICES, SUNWARD PARK IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR WASHING. FIRSTLY, THEY DO NOT RETURN ALL HANGERS SUPPLIED BY US (WOODEN AND GOOD PLASTIC)) -THEY EITHER WOULD PUT A SHIRT OVER A PANTS, THUS USING ONE HANGER ALTHOUGH A HANGER FOR EACH ITEM AS INDICATED ON SLIP WAS SUPPLIED OR USE THEIR CHEAP WIRE HANGERS. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING 3 MONTHS FOR OUR GOOD WHITE PLASTIC WASH BASKET THAT WAS APPARENTLY AT THE \PARKRAND\" BRANCH?? WE ARE SUPPOSE THEY DID NOT APPRECIATE US NOTICING THINGS MISSING AND THEREFORE SPOILED 2 X MENS JEANS WITH SOME CHEMICAL/OIL? THIS WAS CONFIRMED BY ANOTHER DRY CLEANING SERVICE BECAUSE YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE 'FINGERPRINTS' ON THE PANTS AND WHATSMORE, WHO WILL MAKE IDENTICAL 'OIL/CHEMICAL' MARKS ON THEIR PANTS -ALL BELOW THE KNEE AREA? THIS IS NOT A COOKING SPILL -FAR TOO BELOW AND STRANGELY BOTH THE SAME MARKINGS!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS ORGANISATION BECAUSE YOU WILL WASTE NOT ONLY TIME AND IT WILL COST YOU -HAVING TO BUY NEW ITEMS!!! "
