Had my winters blanket taken in for a wash. They promised 4 days eta. 10 days later I had to go ask where it is ... next day ask again the morning. The afternoon I can go collect it. Paid full pro e R300 and what do I get as I get home. A dirty unwashed blanket. So not only late service but no service. I phone the owner and complain. Send video and fotos. She informed me they use a 3rd party and he claimed he did was it. *** ... no integrity! And as expected no refund! I'm - R300 it's freezing winter and stuck with dirty blanket.

Had the worst experience when I took my coats or dry-cleaning (which I have done for the past 3 years or so). Instead of dry-cleaning them, they washed them and completely ruined the coats! The owner is rude and disrespectful, refuses to take accountability. Never again!

I took blankets in on the 25th of September. They told me 3 working days then I can collect. I went back 3 times to get my stuff. They moved shop and did not bother to contact me. They never ones sent a message that my stuff is there ready for collection Today 2nd of November I only collected the last of my things, 38 days after my stuff were booked in.

I dropped off my baby chair on Saturday the 23rd of October 2021 and the lady there promised to have her boss call me to give me the price to have it cleaned. Today is Tuesday 26 October and I have still not heard back from the "boss". I advised them that I will collect my baby chair and take it to someone else and was advised that it was no longer there. This is absolute nonsense. It was removed without my permission. The boss eventually phoned me back but it was excuse after excuse and then I still have to drive after them to get it back. This is ridiculous!

Express Laundromat in Sunwardpark I handed 2x items in on the 9th Dec 2020. R600 One sleeve ****tail dress & a jumpsuit. I asked to have a zip inserted between sleeve & dress so I could have the option to remove the sleeve. I asked to have thick elastic band put in on leggs. On collection I received the jumpsuit with thin elastic bands and my dress!! SLEEVE SLAUGHTERED OFF and 2x ZIPS INSERTED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DRESS!!!!! I took the jumpsuit home because I didn't want that item also destroyed. The dress was send back nemerous of times. The "reception" ladies understood exactly what was suppose to be done. But sum how the owner MARIE WILLIAM, said she understood but yet every time dress came back it wasn't done the way I asked. She destroyed my dress!! I can't even get it over my head anymore because of all the corrections she had to make. This lady has NO RESPECT FOR HER CUSTOMERS the way she spoke to me!! On top of that, she hardly responded to my messages. I could pick up even her workers (reception ladies) are afraid of her. Every time I would go to shop to follow up on proses, they would refuse to call/speak to her, they wanted me to speak to her to ask when my dress will be available for collection. I eventsurely got so tired of having to drive up and down to shop, sending her messages to follow up and working myself up, I told her to put my sleeve back and fix up the sides and just refund me! Got the dress back 8April 2121, 4months later, still not able to but dress on and now the sleeve is sowed on like you won't believe! Can never wear it again. I bought this dress during a time where my husband & I didn't receive a salary, but it was our 1st wedding anniversary so I wanted something nice to wear for the evening. Had it on for 3hours! R600 for dress and R75 for alteration down the drain! She refuse to refund me for the mess up she made! Think if she made the mistake and then tried to apologize and made my dress priority to be fixed, I would probably feel better about the situation but her attitude is out of this world. Guessing customers that has had bad experience don't all talk out because you feel your hands are cut off.. I really don't wane be spending money on lawyers fees and time out of my day. But it's unfair that people like this thats suppose to deliver a service treat you like this and destroy your property you paid for!

Express Laundromat in the Meadowdale Centre... Good Lord talk about idiocy and incompetence! To the owner of this particular store, have you ever considered the advantages of closing your doors??? Because honestly... your store is bringing the amazing reputation of the Meadowdale Centre down to the ground. After 4 weeks of unnecessary nonsense in my life and endless back and forth, I am now finally GATVOL... The EXPRESS LAUNDROMAT in the Meadowdale Centre is definitely NOT a place you want to visit. I have had problems with them before when they turned beautiful dresses into t-shirts after being asked to bring it up by only 2 fingers. But this final experience takes the cake!!! In May 2018,I took 2 pairs of winter boots in to completely replace the soles and heels on both pairs as the soles on one pair had totally separated from the material and the other’s heel had cracked across the bottom of the sole. I had asked, specifically, for new soles on both pairs, as in the entire bottom of the shoe to be replaced. What I got in return was one pair glued back together with the front of the boot remaining open and another that had been stitched back together into the base of the shoe. I then asked the cashier to please send them back and repair as requested as I was not happy with the way my boots were repaired. After 2 weeks and a further 2 visits to the shoe repair table I was handed boots that were exactly the same and had not even been touched!!! I then asked for a refund as my boots were ruined by the so-called shoe repair person and was told that only the owner would be able to handle the transaction. After around 5 unanswered calls to the owner, MARIE WILLIAMS,who by the way is one of the most rude, narcissistic people I have ever come across, I finally receive a call back. Instead of simply apologizing for the error in a normal tone of voice and trying to come to a common understanding, she proceeded to have the worst, most boorish attitude with me, the customer, telling me to 'climb in my cot and stay there' as I was being ‘immature’ simply because I dared to express my dissatisfaction with the services received from the store as well as her uncivilized behavior. I would still like to meet with this so called ‘business owner’ even after she did not bother to show up for 2 appointments as I have still not been reimbursed nor has she taken responsibility for my ruined boots, which by the way, I have been told, are not fixable!!! The shoe repair person should not have even touched the boots if he did not have the ability or know how to fix the boots in the first place. Before stitching a pair of boots like it's a lost hospital casualty, a call would have been nice .. sorry we couldnt fix the boot as you wanted but we can stitch your R600 boots back together is that ok with you ?? This women has no business sense, even less customer contact s****s and has no business being in a customer services establishment in any case. In my opinion, she would rather be better off selling manure as she is used to doling out **** to customers anyway.
