I have been an FNB customer for years .. your behaviour is disgusting FNB connect are selling faulty devices and still take money out of my account for a phone I am not able to use You are an untrustworthy company I will be posting this far and wide .. I will make sure that everyone knows that this is an absolute scam
FNB connect FNB customers be aware of this scam !!! Do not sign up for an FNB connect account I signed up for a cellphone account with your company We recieved the cellphone in May .. in June the device wouldn't charge and started giving errors The phone was then sent back to be repaired.. it stayed with your company for weeks with absolutely no communication from your side Apparently they couldn't find the fault so I requested a full replacement .. the new replacement arrived on the 11th of October The replacement device was used for 4 days before the exact same error messages came up and again the phone wouldn't charge You have now sent me 2 devices that do not work !!! You keep taking money out of my account for a cellphone account that cannot be used I will keep posting updates for the FNB community to know that this is NOT a company that u want to support.
Zero stars actually They did multiple things incorrectly with my husbands treatment There hospital is unbelievably miss managed Their staff are rude and uneducated on the LGBTQIA community They are rude Not willing to receive any of my calls They have no bedside manner Never ever ever go to GLYNWOOD hospital
This hospital is ****phobic Transphobic And nearly killed my husband If you value your life, do not seek medical care with them They also missed the fact that I had a fractured hand The level of stupidity is beyond me Nurses are rude and cold They don't give in depth updates on loved ones You are lucky if you speak to a doctor once in your time there
I bought a Mitsubishi ASX from you on 14 august 2019. I signed a purchase agreement at your car dealership and I was helped by Johan one of your sales people, which in my opinion should not be working near any car dealerships. The firsts problem to happen with the car was 4 weeks after the purchase was finalized, after that it was problem after problem, now the car is sitting in a work shop with almost no compression and in need of a major engine redo or even possibly an engine replacement. The manager Wandileh is a rude, condescending little *****, who has no skills for the position he is in. This entire branch is full of dirty, no good employees and it needs a major clean up. What happened to me is unacceptable at all scales, I can’t comprehend the fact that they state they were unaware of any problems with this vehicle. This is not the type of business I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation. I would not recommend this branch or any of the sales people that work on the property, especially Johan. Do not buy a car from this branch ... believe me, it will be your biggest mistake.
Express Laundromat in the Meadowdale Centre... Good Lord talk about idiocy and incompetence! To the owner of this particular store, have you ever considered the advantages of closing your doors??? Because honestly... your store is bringing the amazing reputation of the Meadowdale Centre down to the ground. After 4 weeks of unnecessary nonsense in my life and endless back and forth, I am now finally GATVOL... The EXPRESS LAUNDROMAT in the Meadowdale Centre is definitely NOT a place you want to visit. I have had problems with them before when they turned beautiful dresses into t-shirts after being asked to bring it up by only 2 fingers. But this final experience takes the cake!!! In May 2018,I took 2 pairs of winter boots in to completely replace the soles and heels on both pairs as the soles on one pair had totally separated from the material and the other’s heel had cracked across the bottom of the sole. I had asked, specifically, for new soles on both pairs, as in the entire bottom of the shoe to be replaced. What I got in return was one pair glued back together with the front of the boot remaining open and another that had been stitched back together into the base of the shoe. I then asked the cashier to please send them back and repair as requested as I was not happy with the way my boots were repaired. After 2 weeks and a further 2 visits to the shoe repair table I was handed boots that were exactly the same and had not even been touched!!! I then asked for a refund as my boots were ruined by the so-called shoe repair person and was told that only the owner would be able to handle the transaction. After around 5 unanswered calls to the owner, MARIE WILLIAMS,who by the way is one of the most rude, narcissistic people I have ever come across, I finally receive a call back. Instead of simply apologizing for the error in a normal tone of voice and trying to come to a common understanding, she proceeded to have the worst, most boorish attitude with me, the customer, telling me to 'climb in my cot and stay there' as I was being ‘immature’ simply because I dared to express my dissatisfaction with the services received from the store as well as her uncivilized behavior. I would still like to meet with this so called ‘business owner’ even after she did not bother to show up for 2 appointments as I have still not been reimbursed nor has she taken responsibility for my ruined boots, which by the way, I have been told, are not fixable!!! The shoe repair person should not have even touched the boots if he did not have the ability or know how to fix the boots in the first place. Before stitching a pair of boots like it's a lost hospital casualty, a call would have been nice .. sorry we couldnt fix the boot as you wanted but we can stitch your R600 boots back together is that ok with you ?? This women has no business sense, even less customer contact s****s and has no business being in a customer services establishment in any case. In my opinion, she would rather be better off selling manure as she is used to doling out **** to customers anyway.
