The truck drivers dangerous driving
You truck driver who drove around at 6:30am this morning on 17th Avenue Edenvale drove recklessly and could have put us in a serious accident number plate JS72YT GP. I wouldn’t be surprised that he bought his drivers license or is driving without one considering how he doesn’t follow the road rules!

Credit forfeited
I was told on the day of delivery that my long distance delivery will arrive 2 days later . I requested that my good be left at the pick up address. The payment I made for the non delivery was forfeited , My lamp shades were missing . Poor customer service

90% of Furniture Damages/vandalised.
I have the same issues as the last reviewer. My furniture has been vandalised. Handels of door ****** off. Tables legs broken. I had furniture damage below repair. My stuff has been packed well. Awaiting my legal team to advise. My life has been demolished in one day. Please be carefull.

Excellent Service. The move went as planned. I was kept well informed on pickup and delivery times. Belongings were excellently packed and delivered in good condition. I am very happy with service. The employees were veryhelpful and gave excellent service

Stolen, bad service, not will to help
If there was a negative star I would have used it, I paid for the full package which includes packing, loading, offloading and unpacking. For packing they leave one guy to pack my wife and I had to do most of the work. For unpacking they only removed the packaging on the big stuff everything else my wife and I had to unpack. MOST OF ALL THEY OPENED A BOX WHICH HAD ANOTHER BOX FULL OF VALUABLES ONLY TO BE STOLEN, I MADE THE COMPLAINT ONLY TO BE TIME WASTED THEY WILL NOT COVER ANY OF THE THINGS STOLEN THEY SAY THEY CANNOT JUST BELIEVE ME AND WHQT WAS IN THE BOXES. when they didn't give me the service I paid for I did not complain but when my personal items went missing then only I did

What a Pleasure dealing with EEZI MOVE
What a pleasure using EEZI MOVE . From the time I booked the move to the delivery in Cape Town by my son. Quick , efficient , careful and caring for the furniture. Thanks to Letitia and Durban Team and the team from Cape Town . I will definitely be using EEZI MOVE when our big day arrives for our move to Velddrif . A big thank You to all again .

Many thanks Ezzi Move. Outstanding cost-effective service, amazing communication and beyond-the-best customer care. Despite all weather challenges, those gentlemen did the job above and beyond the normal. Special thanks to Mr. van Deventer for his amazing communication and care. Highly r recommend and very appreciated moving company. They made what could seem a nightmare a simple step.
