Bolt drivers ***** and shady behavior
This has become a terrible business and I know Bolt South africa knows the issue but chooses to ignore it.... 90% of Bolt drivers are also uber drivers they also do not want local small trips and most want cash they will cancel the trip and ask for cash or cash send most of them cancel local trips which frustrates us customers to even find a Bolt driver in the first place is hard enough then finally find one that will accept the ride then after 5mins cancels because it's not cash

Mtn cancels my new contract with no explanation
I app**** for a contract online with MTN DSV calls me to arrange delivery for next day I get all my documents as requested and waited all day I eventually call dsv about my delivery only to fund out mtn cancels my contract I got no notification from mtn or dsv no explanation nothing I spend more than R100 in airtime trying to speak to the useless call centre agents at mtn and still got no where as they all don't know and can't help

I Have nothing bad to say about PMD every claim was processed with ease with sensitive agents whi understand the issues at hand... PMD makes me feel like family and I wouldn't change my policy they always willing to go literally the extra mile for their clients

Against the popi act, rude, unprofessional, pathetic
If there was 0 star I would use it... these people harassing me being un professional contact my father which has nothing to do with the query at hand I am not even insured with outsurance when I asked them how did you guys get my father's details they said they have their ways they are rude and speak anyhow even if I wanted to insure my car with them one day I will not at all terrible and pathetic please don't be fooled by them.... outsurance is completely unprofessional

Samsung flip 4
As seen on previous complaints about the Flip 4 I have the same problem with the joints Samsung Durban took pics they were happy the gentleman in the front told me it won't be an issue and be repaired I now get a call saying that they not covering it and will cost me R10000 to repair this phone is about 3 months old I also had the z3 flip which also was not repaired I cannot understand as customers they treat us terrible

Complete scammers do not use them. P Botha name of locksmith 0725406302 Their work from home business call centre number is 0725406302 they call out fee is R200 and after all they didn't fix anything they charged R600 and refused to leave.

Checkers seadoone liars of note!
I spend around R8000 to R9000 a month on groceries at checkers Seadoone mall, I was happy when they mentioned the mini brands are back my daughter loves them, when I filled up my 2 and a half trollies up with groceries when I get to the till only to find there is no checkers mini brands, I called for the manager which assured me that they are receiving the mini's and they will call me as soon as they get them in stock. I called the store a few times only to be told they are still waiting for the stock.After 15 days of calling the store I decide to call the callcentre only to be told they are very sorry the promotion was only till stock last and the stores know very well that they will not be recieving anything in stock. The manager at checkers seadoone is a complete liar and so is the stuff an apology will not give my daughter mini's I will not accept their apology it is complete nonsense the lies we must be told

Stolen, bad service, not will to help
If there was a negative star I would have used it, I paid for the full package which includes packing, loading, offloading and unpacking. For packing they leave one guy to pack my wife and I had to do most of the work. For unpacking they only removed the packaging on the big stuff everything else my wife and I had to unpack. MOST OF ALL THEY OPENED A BOX WHICH HAD ANOTHER BOX FULL OF VALUABLES ONLY TO BE STOLEN, I MADE THE COMPLAINT ONLY TO BE TIME WASTED THEY WILL NOT COVER ANY OF THE THINGS STOLEN THEY SAY THEY CANNOT JUST BELIEVE ME AND WHQT WAS IN THE BOXES. when they didn't give me the service I paid for I did not complain but when my personal items went missing then only I did

Old food
Nandos east gate mall, bought chicken strips and rice and the rice was ice cold from the fridge with not strips and sauce. When I mentioned it to them they said they can make another one but will take long, which means this was left over food the rice looked horrible I just left without getting any money or food back
