Went to get my roots touched up at Fabulaze , Dominique the hair stylist put bleach directly onto my scalp (which she has never done before) and without asking me. Needless to say it burnt my scalp and i was sitting with bright orange roots. I asked Dominique why she doesnt write down her clients colours used as how can you remeber what colour you used on all your clients? On showing another stylist, she told Dominique to tone it down, whereby Dominique proceeded to put colour all over my head, bare in mind that I have blonde highlights and she basically destroyed that highlights. My scalp was burning so badly i had sores. On blowout my hair was so broken and damaged . I spoke with the receptionist and then with Danica , the owner, explaining to her what happened but that id love to use the other stylist in future who in my opinion is a better stylist. But no , Danica didnt offer to have me come in and fix it or even apologize ! Heres the kicker, Im a business owner and i get an email where i see someone by the name Dee White also a business owner of @PAS Classic steel & Wrought Iron Components gave my business a 1 star review, no comments just that 1 star I do a little digging and find out that Dee White is Danicas mother ! I was even blocked from their social media and on whatsapp? I used my private number to contact them to remove the review as my company wasnt a client, I was. So no they didnt remove the review. I will seek reputational damages if not removed

Danica asked me to pay in deposits for all the upcoming appointments over text yet I have been a loyal client for 8months. Instead of explaining the new process she cancelled all my appointments and got upset with me for not taking responsibility for my queries concerning paying upfront and in advance. There is no Treating Customers Fairly here. When you run a service based organisation you need to respect the clients and behave professionally at all times instead of the entitled attitude I received over text. Textual aggression should never be a way to resolve conflict. Very disappointing service and won’t recommend going there to anyone going forward. Bianca is amazing and will continue to be my nail tech despite the nasty treatment from Danica. ( This was my Google Review). She then posted the following in response to my review: Please read full response with photos on our Facebook page. disappointing as a beautiful Christian woman to leave such a false one-sided review trying to damage the reputation of a small business. U forgot how fabulaze we treated u for 8 mths, bending over backwards by even seeing u after hours. Remember the Sunday u left me sitting at work as u forgot our appointment? Have screenshots. I never even charged u for petrol or my wasted time. You & 100 other clients got a kind friendly message asking for deposits to secure your spots, as 1000's of businesses do, due to no shows, as we now work 13hr days to keep everyone happy. U were the only upset using foul language & being rude to our receptionist. Screenshot attached. Unfortunately we will never tolerate abuse towards any of our staff & if this is how u deal with people, we do not want u as a client. Wishing u all the best. The above is the response from an unprofessional person who instead of treating her customer fairly she continued to post on her facebook page my personal information against the POPIA act without my permission. my comment was deleted and I was blocked on Facebook when I posted the following message " Just to bring to your attention that you have misconstrued my review, which is rather unfortunate. I do not intend to engage you further on this matter and do not plan to do business with you going forward. I would however want to remind you of the legal implications regarding the POPIA Act" . She also expected me to pay for her petrol, as per her post, and wasted time when in fact I asked to re-schedule the appointment as I merely confused the times by accident as I am human . The lack of interest and unprofessionalism was noticed by other members of the public who contacted me directly to express their disgust at how rather than engage in conflict resolution she chose to act out and cancel my appointments for the rest of the year and next year when I was a loyal client for 9months. She was not willing to meet face to face, telephonically or interact professionally but rather chose to text and cyber bully me on social media platforms infront of her 7000 followers and then still posted a message saying " *Please note* the only reason for this post is to tell the truth & full story (with the proof of both sides). Danica's name was used to create a image of her for everyone to see with false information on a google review and that is unfair. Please, eventhough the lady used her full name and surname on the google review, understand that we will not tolerate any form of bullying towards her". She mentions the proof from both sides but only screenshot a portion and not the entire conversation where I clearly stated I did not mind the deposit but needed clarity. The complete lack of integrity, lack of work ethics and morals was displayed here as she further commented on my christian background and religion which is prejudicial and insignificant. My comment was deleted so there was no way to respond to her post as I was also blocked afterwards thus leaving people to further comment negatively against me. No TCF or adherence to the POPIA Act was adhered to. In addition my client information was given to over 7000 followers on her facebook platform. I will not be going back and suggest that should you NOT want your client information to be shared on social media without your permission then the same should apply. The other staff have all been supportive and assisted me and I highly recommend them however after this experience Danica will possibly continue sharing client information in public on her Facebook page infront of her followers and will attempt to tarnish peoples name and reputations should you find yourself in a similar position. She doesnt seem to care about invasion of privacy or that she offers a service which means truly understanding the needs of clients and protecting their personal information. To this day the facebook page post is still available should you want to view it please do and you welcome to message me on facebook privately for further feedback or any clarification and Il gladly assist and recommend other places however this has been the worst experience I have ever had from a beautician and I am looking forward to starting with my new technician soon, yay!

I had a horrible “booking experience”. I made the booking on the 5th using the link in their messages on social media. As per the image above, a request was prompted. First of all, if I am a propspective client and have made a request for a booking, it is not my job to call and find out whether it has been accepted etc! It is their job to communicate with me and to either give me an available slot or let me know that they don’t want to assist me; as ****** simple as that! I arrived this morning only for the “overseer” to tell me that Tanica will only be coming in on Tuesday. No explanation as to why the request was never accepted, nothing like that! What a disappointment! I really hope that this behaviour does not constitute to how business owners do things in Cape Town! I am appalled to say the least!

I had a horrible “booking experience”. I made the booking on the 5th using the link in their messages on social media. As per the image above, a request was prompted. First of all, if I am a propspective client and have made a request for a booking, it is not my job to call and find out whether it has been accepted etc! It is their job to communicate with me and to either give me an available slot or let me know that they don’t want to assist me; as ****** simple as that!
