So after having the watch that was a gift for less than 3 months it keeps losing connection to my phone, there is no way to actually record your activity in any way towards any wellness platform. and now the strap has snapped. I tried to contact them via Whatsapp as their website suggests only to be "Blue Ticked" with no response. Very poor quality product and even worse after sales service.

I purchased two straps fro my Garmin watches. Unfortunately the pins from the one set of straps were missing (ie. the little metal things that connects the strap to the watch face). I contacted the Fabulously Fit via whatsapp, and they immediately took my issue seriously. They couriered a new set of strap pins that very morning, and it arrived at my house in less than 24 hours. (Since this was from Jo'burg to Cape Town, I assume that they paid for express courier delivery.) This is *fantastic* after sales support. I find that I always worry about after sales support when I shop from small online businesses, but in this case I needn't have worried!
