Poor Service & Delayed Order – Debonairs Dawn Park

Good day, I would like to raise a complaint regarding an order I placed at Debonairs Dawn Park

My order was significantly delayed, and I received no communication from the store. I had to call the branch myself to find out what was happening. When the order finally arrived almost 2 hours later, the pizza was cold, the bottom crust was hard, and the bottom part of the pizza had little to no fillings, making it very dry and unappetising.

This experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expect from Debonairs. I paid for a fresh, properly prepared meal and timely delivery, which I did not receive.

I would appreciate feedback and a suitable resolution to this matter.
