I am very frustrated with Mugg & Bean Meyersdal. On the 24th of December 2025, I placed an order via the Mugg & Bean app. My account was debited, but I did not receive my food because some items were out of stock. I then received a message stating that my order would be canceled and that I would be refunded.
It is now 2026, and I still have not received my refund. I have called the shop and sent emails, but the communication has been extremely poor. Unless I contact them myself, no one bothers to update me, which shows a complete lack of customer care and accountability.
