Steers - Bad Service

I have ordered from Steers Kromboom and have had multiple issues. I still choose this steers because the food is amazing. But I have noticed their lack of care and also that I have been short changed in multiple occasions.

1. On 2 or 3 occasions I have been given a size small chips 2. One occasion my food was extremely delayed. A driver who couldn't understand a word of English phoned to tell me a different driver would be bringing my food. I phoned the store spoke to the manager who sounded like she was half dying and disinterested told me she would find out and get back to me and never did. Pathetic.

On Friday my food arrived with the burger half out of the box which you could clearly see was not the drivers fault.

Today my chips wasn't even in the box but all over the bag and my burger had panda/rave patties. I feel really disappointed that this store lacks concern for their food presentation and giving the customer what their hard earned money paid for.

I reported the first issue weeks ago and noone bothered to get back to me. CAS-1982459-M1G1J5
