I order the King Steers burger from Steers Kromboom often. Recently I have noticed that the branch is being dishonest in their burgers. The patties are quite small about the 50g one. On one occasion I saw that they cut the one patty to make it fit on the bun and look like it fits the whole roll. Yesterday both patties were extremely small in comparison. I have photos of both situations. I have emailed Steers prior to this in regards to many concerns but no response.
Ordered and paid for my items. No response from Dischem. Ive called and emailed 3 times to change the delivery address. Pathetic service. Items not even received
Unfortunately like many other queries I only get a response after I log a HelloPeter complaint. Please look into my VAF application Please do better. I can't be posting on HelloPeter just to get feedback from you each time I need an answer
On 12 January I sent this mail. No response to date as always from Vitality. My lounge visits changed from 24 to 2 this year. Good day. Please advise howcome I no longer have 24 visits to the airport lounges and only get 2? Thank you Jade
KFC keeps closing my cases saying they cannot reach me. The team has not reached out at all. The Rondebosch branch repeatedly leaves out items from my delivery orders. This is theft and deceit.

I have ordered from Steers Kromboom and have had multiple issues. I still choose this steers because the food is amazing. But I have noticed their lack of care and also that I have been short changed in multiple occasions. 1. On 2 or 3 occasions I have been given a size small chips 2. One occasion my food was extremely delayed. A driver who couldn't understand a word of English phoned to tell me a different driver would be bringing my food. I phoned the store spoke to the manager who sounded like she was half dying and disinterested told me she would find out and get back to me and never did. Pathetic. On Friday my food arrived with the burger half out of the box which you could clearly see was not the drivers fault. Today my chips wasn't even in the box but all over the bag and my burger had panda/rave patties. I feel really disappointed that this store lacks concern for their food presentation and giving the customer what their hard earned money paid for. I have being paying R399 for vitality every month while other people are being offered vitality with their bank accounts at a cheaper rate. Why am I being charged vitality money and separately vitality for R399.
I spoke to Nompuzo at the store. She is extremely ***********. Firstly getting my name wrong after I told it to her. Then she can't find my order or cell number. Then after I explained to her that the app has been stuck for close to an hour but suddenly turned to delivered when my food was NOT delivered she then looked at the system and said my food was delivered. Please employ competent people who understand basic English She then could not get hold of the driver and told me she would need to call back then asking me for my cell number for the 4th time. Biggest headache and a waste of my time, airtime and money.
